Přípravek pro ochranu rostlin proti hmyzuPlant protection product against insects
Oblast technikyField of technology
The solution relates to insecticides for the protection of plants against insect pests.
Insect pests cause large economic losses each year by infesting and irreversibly damaging crops. Defense against them is most often performed by the application of synthetically prepared insecticidal or acaricidal preparations. Most of these products contain one to three active substances, which are often not completely safe for health and the environment. In addition, because such preparations are based on the action of one or even up to three active substances with a similar mechanism of action, it results in practice in the development of resistant pest populations.
In contrast, preparations based on plant extracts contain substances of a defensive nature, ie substances which the plants themselves synthesize for the purpose of defending themselves against various pests. These defense substances are obtained from plants by extraction using various methods and techniques. The extracts obtained contain a mixture of several dozen substances, including active substances of a defensive nature, which have different mechanisms of action, thus preventing the possibility of the development of resistance in pests. Residues of plant substances decompose relatively quickly after application and such preparations are therefore considered to be environmentally safe and safe.
Several plants are known from which substances of a defensive nature can be isolated and described in the literature. Most of the extracts used as effective components of plant protection products are obtained from plants that are grown exclusively for this purpose and do not find further economic use and application.
Známé jsou pouze účinky antimikrobiální s předpokládaným využitím v lékařství a kosmetice (UA56037 (U)).However, none of the documents published so far describes the possibility of using poplar extracts (Populus spp.) As effective components of plant protection products against insect pests. Only antimicrobial effects with intended use in medicine and cosmetics are known (UA56037 (U)).

Účinky insekticidního přípravkuEffects of an insecticide
Testované rostliny: rajče tyčkové rybízové cv. Idyll. (Lycopersicon lycopersicum L.), květináč průměr 12 cm, substrát běžný rašelinový, velikost rostlin 15 až 20 cm.Tested plants: currant tomato cv. Idyll. (Lycopersicon lycopersicum L.), flowerpot diameter 12 cm, common peat substrate, plant size 15 to 20 cm.
Methodology: Tomato plants were insulated with netting sleeves. Different concentrations (5.0; 1.0 and 0.5% by weight) of the preparation prepared according to Example 3 were applied to the plants by spraying. The spraying was applied to the leaf skins, which corresponded to the application of an insecticidal preparation in the range of 700 to 800 1 / ha . The experiment was repeated four times. After that, 20 larvae of the Spodoptera littoralis Boisd., Located at the beginning of the 2nd instar, were placed on the plants. The ambient temperature was in the range of 25 ° C, watering was carried out in pots as needed.
Insekticidní účinnost každého ošetření byla stanovena výpočtem podle Hendersona-Tilionova vzorce:Larval mortality was assessed on days 1, 5 and 10 after application. The insecticidal efficacy of each treatment was determined by calculation according to the Henderson-Tilion formula:
% účinnosti = (l-((Ta/Ca)* (Cb/Tb)))* 100 kde:% efficiency = (1 - ((Ta / Ca) * (Cb / Tb))) * 100 where:
Tb = počet larev na ošetřované parcele před aplikacíTb = number of larvae per treated plot before application
Ta = počet larev na ošetřované parcele po aplikaciTa = number of larvae per treated plot after application
Cb = počet larev na kontrolní parcele před aplikacíCb = number of larvae per control plot before application
Ca = počet larev na kontrolní parcele po aplikacíCa = number of larvae per control plot after application
The resulting efficacies are shown in Table 1. As can be seen from the tables, the efficacy increased over time and concentration. At 5% spray concentration, an average efficacy of 100% was found on day 10 after application. The larvae stopped eating and further damage to the plants by the germ no longer occurred during the experiment or the damage was significantly less compared to untreated plants.
