Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Dostupností náročné technologie výroby expanzivního tělesa kotvy, tzn. schopností vyrobení průřezově zborcené trubky z ocele o vysoké pevnosti a tvárnosti a dále potřebou hydraulického média o vysokém tlaku nutného k dosažení maximální expanze kotvy a jejího předpětí ve vrtu. Currently, various types of anchors are used for securing and strengthening the cohesion of the rock massif when driving mine tunnels, tunnels and chambers, while stabilizing rock walls, slopes, reinforcing dams, etc. One particular group of rock anchors consists of hydraulically expandable anchors, the so-called expansion anchors, which are incorporated into boreholes in the rock mass and by which the cohesion of the rock is ensured by applying the frictional force of the expansion anchor body against the borehole wall. The best known in this group of anchors is the Swellex and Boltex expansion anchors. Both of these known rock anchors have one main common feature which lies in the technical solution of their expansion body. The body consists of a thin-walled tube of circular cross-section, which is made of steel of high elongation and whose circular cross-section is warped longitudinally in one or more lines, generally in the form of a deep groove. The expansive body is closed at the ends by cylindrical endings, namely a filling end for supplying pressure medium to the expansible anchor body and a closing end, which is often also provided as a flow coupling for connecting multiple anchors to the column or is provided with a closed or destructive opening. an overflow element for grouting the rock mass to be secured. Both terminals are threaded onto a reduced diameter of the expansion body and are welded to the expansion body in the inner cylindrical space of the terminal to form a pressure vessel. The anchoring effect of these anchors is achieved by frictional force acting on the peripheral surface of the expansive body, respectively. on the undistorted area of its thin-walled pipe. The frictional force is exerted by the residual bias of the expansive body after a partial reverse hydraulic straightening of the warped, originally circular cross-section. This backward straightening of the collapsed circular cross-section in the rock well will anchor the friction anchor along its entire length. The reliability and durability of anchoring of these known friction anchors is also dependent on the hardness of the reinforced or secured rock by anchoring. In hard rocks, where the required frictional force can be achieved by means of an expansive body, this type of anchors is capable of maximally transmitting tractive force and hence making full use of its nominal load-bearing capacity. However, the necessary frictional forces for proper and stable anchoring of the friction anchors cannot be achieved in soft rocks due to the rigid and yielding contact of the friction surface of the expansion anchor body with the surface of the borehole wall. In addition, the range of rock bore diameter tolerance that is found in practice cannot be sufficiently covered by these anchors. This greatly reduces the use of the nominal anchorages and shear strength required in the event of a possible displacement of the laminate layers of the rock. This problem is relatively satisfactorily solved by a rock expansion anchor whose expansion body is sheathed by a friction sleeve with extensible one or two longitudinal joints. The friction sleeve is either welded to the filling end piece, as shown, for example, in the utility model CZ 8988, or is used as an additional element to the anchor in which its expansion body is inserted, for example from the contents of European patent EP 0540601. All known expansion anchors are that the fulfillment of the requirement for their maximum tensile strength and shear strength is dependent both on the strength of the steel of the expansion anchor body and the strength of the steel of its friction sleeve and on the size of its cross-sectional area. However, the use of the maximum values of these two quantities is limited primarily by these claims. The availability of demanding technology for the production of an expansion anchor body; the capability of producing a cross-sectioned warped tube of high strength and ductility steel, and the need for a high pressure hydraulic medium required to achieve maximum expansion of the anchor and biasing it in the well. The above-mentioned rock expansion anchors are clamped in the borehole by pressure medium, usually with water at a pressure of about 30 MPa, which requires absolute tightness against leakage of the pressure medium when installing the anchor in the rock. Under these conditions, the handling, especially clamping of the expansion anchors in the rock well and checking the quality of their anchoring, is carried out with a considerable risk to the operator. This risk arises from the prior art and the attachment of the filling nozzle. It is cylindrical in shape and is welded to the distorted end of the expansive body by groove-shaped recesses and reduced to a smaller diameter. For this reason, the weld in this zone is uncontrolled and unsatisfactory in terms of pressure vessel conditions. The inlet of the pressure medium into the expansive body is provided after the weld site by a radially drilled channel in the filling end. This solution results in the filling head of the pressurizing device having the shape of a cylindrical sleeve which, depending on the design of the filling end and the pressure of the hydraulic medium, is a disadvantage of a robust, heavy-weight shape. Another disadvantage is the method of filling the expansion anchor body with a radial channel. This embodiment requires sealing of the filling head with a pair of sealing collars, where it is not possible to exclude their unbalanced hydrostatic load. This can cause the filler head to be ejected from the filler nozzle towards the operator if the cuff leaks behind the radial channel and overloads the cuff upstream of the radial channel, posing a serious safety hazard to the operator. The prior art solution of a cylindrical filling head with a radial filling channel also causes considerable problems in controlling the strength and quality of anchoring of the expansion anchor in the rock. For this purpose, a collet is used, which is attached to the cylindrical surface of the filling nozzle, with which it is clamped to one another by the clamping sleeve of the collet of high conicity, causing self-locking of the clamping. The collet must then be loosened by striking the collet, causing damage to the collet. It is also problematic to maintain the high cleanliness of the conical surfaces of the clamping sleeve in the excavated underground works, which relies on reliable strength control and the anchoring quality of the expansion anchors in the rock. A noticeable drawback of the existing expansion anchors is that they are subjected to combined stresses in the installed state. This unfavorable stress by axial force and bending moment is given by the asymmetry of the cross-section of their expansion body. including its friction sleeve. As a result of this stress, the stress distribution along their circumference is uneven and thus the load-bearing capacity of the expansion anchor is reduced. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a rock expansion anchor with a thin-walled expansion body and a thin-walled sheath of a friction sleeve, which allows the anchor to expand with maximum centricity and significantly lower hydraulic fluid pressure. Consequently, the aim is also to enable the manufacture of this anchor of different nominal load-bearing capacities and shear strengths, depending on the nature of the rock mass for which the anchor is intended.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Podstata řešení horninové expanzní kotvy podle vynálezu spočívá rovněž v těchto možných jejích variantních provedeních:These disadvantages are overcome by the rock expansion anchor of the present invention. Its construction contains the already known expansion body of circular cross-section. This cross-section is centrically formed over the entire length of the expansive body by at least two deep channel grooves. The expansion body is closed at one end by a filling end with a filling opening that leads to its interior space and at the other end is closed by a closing end. In this embodiment, the expansion body is inserted into a friction sleeve with an extensible longitudinal joint, wherein the friction sleeve is welded to the filling end of the expansion body. The principle of the novel solution according to the invention consists in that the friction sleeve is formed by at least two tubular sheaths with an extensible longitudinal joint or an extensible longitudinal seam. The tubular sheaths are rigidly connected to the filling end and the closing end by a surface joint such that the position of the joints or seams is distributed in a circuit around the circumference of the expansion body. The essence of the solution of the rock expansion anchor according to the invention is also based on the following possible variants:
Plnicí koncovka a závěrná koncovka jsou opatřeny na svém vnějším konci závitovým nátrubkem, sloužícím na plnicí koncovce k připojení potřebných montážních, měřicích a technologických zařízení a na závěrné koncovce ke spojení více horninových expanzních kotev do kolony. Plnicí koncovka má přívodní axiální kanálek a závěrná koncovka má průtočný otvor, který je zaslepenThe feed end and end cap are provided with a threaded nozzle at their outer end, serving at the feed end to connect the necessary assembly, measuring and technological equipment, and at the end cap to connect multiple rock expansion anchors to the column. Or a destructive membrane. The filling end is equipped with a non-return valve. The surface of the friction sleeve tubular casing is roughened or galvanized. The embossments of the expansive body are made in a helix.
The advantage of the rock expansion anchor according to the invention is that it can be used universally, i.e. it can fulfill the function of a mere direct stabilization of the rock mass without grouting and can also be used for grouting needs or for grouting itself. A considerable advantage is furthermore the possibility of its design with a thin-walled expansion body and its thin-walled sheathing, which enables the necessary centric expansion of the anchor at a substantially reduced filling pressure than hitherto, and reduced to 10 MPa. The solution of the rock expansion anchor according to the invention allows its production with the required different nominal load-bearing capacity and shear strength depending on the nature of the rock mass for which the anchor is intended. These advantages will significantly affect the effectiveness of securing and strengthening the cohesion of the rock mass and safety during this work.

Ten sloužíThe rock expansion anchor consists of an expansion body 6 made of a thin-walled tube of circular cross-section, which is centrically formed over the entire length of the expansion body 6 by rolling six deep groove grooves 17, as shown in FIG. the expansion body 7 is closed by a filling end 7. This is fitted to the through-going neck 6 of the expansion body 6, which is formed thereon by crimping the end to a smaller diameter, and to this neck 16 the filling end 7 is firmly connected by soldering. In the feed nozzle 7, an inlet duct 12 of a pressurized hydraulic medium, in this case pressurized water, is provided by axially drilling it. The feed axial channel 12 is connected to the interior of the expansion body 8, which is closed at its second rear end, which is identical to the front end, by a closing end piece 8 with a flow opening 11, which is blinded by a plug 83. The expansion body 6 is housed in a friction sleeve 2, which forms two tubular sheaths 3 and 4 inserted therein. These are expandable to a larger diameter due to the longitudinal section and thus the openable joints 5. its tubular sheaths 3 and 4 are welded to the filling end 7 and to the closing end 8 by a surface joint 15, in this case by welding, so that their openable joints 5 occupy an opposing position on the expansive body 8. Instead of the openable joint 5, longitudinal destructive seams 6 can be pressed on the tubular sheaths 3 and 4 to reduce the wall thickness of the tubular sheaths 3 and 4 to their maximum in their footprint. The filling end 7 and the ending end 8 are provided with a threaded nozzle 40 which, in the case of the filling end piece 7, is mainly used to connect the anchor pad (not shown) and the pressurizing device of the expansive body 8 by pressurized water. Further, the sleeve 10 serves for connecting an anchor quality control device in the bore, for fixing some necessary technological equipment, for attaching hinges, etc. In the case of the closing end piece 8, the threaded sleeve 10 serves to connect another rock expansion anchor when assembled into the column. In this case, the plug 13 will be removed from the flow opening 11 of the shut-off terminal 8. In the embodiment described, the rock expansion anchor serves as a frictional reinforcement bolt of the rock mass. In combination with this function, it can be used simultaneously or separately to grout around a rock well. For this function, the flow opening 11 of the shut-off terminal 8 will be closed by a destructive membrane 14, whereby the expansion of the expansion body 6 is also expanded by the pressure of the injection material. A non-return valve 9 can be provided in the supply duct 12 of the filling end 7
To lock the pressure medium in the expansion body i and thereby maintain the bias of the clamped expansion anchor in the bore and increase resistance to its displacement under load. For this purpose, the surface of the tubular sheaths 3, 4 of the friction sleeve 2 can be roughened and also galvanized for corrosion protection. In order to increase the frictional effect in contact with the friction sleeve 2, the indentations 17 of the expansive body 1 may be helical.
