Abstract
Description
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Vynález se týká systému stavebnicové konstrukce stavebních prvků, zejména pro hromadnou výstavbu rodinných domů, nízkopodlažních obytných celků, střešních nástaveb, administrativních budov, obchodů apod. The invention relates to a system of modular construction of building elements, in particular for the mass construction of family houses, low-rise residential units, roof extensions, office buildings, shops and the like.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Jednoduchým problémem rovněž není zajištění dopravy či ubytování pracovníků jednotlivých profesí v případech provádění staveb mimo sídlo stavební firmy a kontrola kvality prováděných prací na různých místech stavby.A number of construction systems of lightweight prefabricated building elements are known, where the individual parts such as walls, floors, ceilings, staircases, etc., are assembled directly at the construction site, and only afterwards are installation systems for water distribution installed in the premises, gas, electricity, air-conditioning and possibly some prefabricated cells are equipped with different interiors, such as kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes, toilets and bathrooms, etc. The common disadvantage of these construction methods is that during construction work it is necessary to coordinate , many of which depend on climatic conditions, and the need to build site building material stores, thereby increasing the overall site area and thus the amount of disruption to the natural environment in which the construction is carried out. Another disadvantage of existing systems is the need to transport large quantities of diverse materials and equipment to the construction site, which has the effect of increasing fuel consumption and thus increasing the overall construction cost. It is also not a simple problem to ensure the transport or accommodation of workers of individual professions in cases of construction outside the headquarters of the construction company and quality control of the work performed at various sites of the construction.
A modular construction system according to CZUV 4513 is also known, wherein the building element consists of at least one self-supporting base module, wherein the supporting frame of the building element is formed by at least four vertical corner posts arranged at least at the lower end for vertical connection. girders which are fixed at the upper or lower ends of the corner posts and on which the ceiling slab is mounted and fixed. Owing to their self-supporting properties, these building elements can be transported to the construction site by means of transport, and they can have the interior elaborated to a high degree of completion directly in the factory production facilities. The disadvantage of this design is that it does not solve the construction system comprehensively and during assembly work it is necessary to connect vertically one above the other types of building block modules from ground floor to roof parts, which places increased demands on the overall organization of the construction, including coordination of transport of building-related building components.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
These drawbacks are largely eliminated by the modular construction system of building elements, the basic module of which consists of at least vertical corner posts connected by girders for the storage of floor and / or ceiling parts, and consists of at least two horizontally mounted interconnected self-supporting building elements, the supporting frames of which consist of vertically closed one or more storeys, the upper parts of which are supported by roof beams, the supporting frame being sheathed on at least one side.
Nové a vyšší účinky řešení systému konstrukce stavebnicových prvků spočívají v tom, že rozdělením stavby na opakující se stejné komplexní vertikálně dělené moduly, zahrnující v jednom stavebním prvku veškeré části od základny po střešní díly, se značně zjednoduší, a urychlíThe new and higher effects of the modular construction system are that by dividing the construction into repeating identical complex vertically divided modules, covering all parts from the base to the roof parts in one component, it is greatly simplified and accelerated
Assembly and finishing work on the construction site, thereby transferring all production demands to factory operations. The structure is easy to dismantle and relocate to another location using or disposing of most of the materials and fasteners used. Due to the ease of construction of the building elements and their constructional dimensions, it is possible to transport it 5 on conventional roads and by means of conventional or minimally modified means of transport.
