Description
Oblast techniky.Technical field.
Vynález asymetrického rekuperačního výměníku teola zdokonaluje možnosti vytížení teola z odpadního vzduchu u všech druhů větracích systémů, a to s účinností zoětného využití tepla na hranici 75 - 80 %. The invention of the asymmetric heat recovery coil heat exchanger improves the possibility of extracting the heat from the exhaust air for all types of ventilation systems, with a heat recovery efficiency of 75-80%. Although the present invention is mainly directed to the field of air conditioning, its use is not excluded in other areas.
Stav techniky,State of the art,
Nowadays, marked by the steady increase in energy prices and the parallel increase in the impact of the ecological interests of society, a significant number of theories of re-use systems at different stages of development are gaining in importance. Among these systems, the recuperation exchanger according to AO 219973/81 with inverted channels formed in the partition wall of the exchanger will also be installed. The design of the heat exchangers of the present invention is obsolete and, among other disadvantages, limits the possibilities of using these heat exchangers or the higher pressure differences that are commonly encountered in air conditioning. Also, the efficiency of these exchangers, promoted at the level of 55 - 65%, is basically low and is oractically comparable with conventional cross exchangers. The design of the inverted channel shape completely eliminates the turbulence necessary for efficient heat exchange by recuperation. At present, transverse fins are built into the channels of the partition wall to enhance turbulence to increase the efficiency of the exchanger, but they cause an extremely high pressure loss increase. The actual construction of the partition wall virtually eliminates permanently perfect sealing of both pressure spaces. As a result, the possibility of use is greatly reduced and in some cases directly excluded.
Hlavní nedostatky lze shrnout do těchto bodů:The main shortcomings can be summarized as follows:
Tím zákonitě dochází ke ztrátě části tepelné energie, kterou tento vzduch již převzal, a to právě na úkor toho, co je nro rekuperační výměník nejdůležitější - účinnosti!a / Inverse positioning of the channels in the exchanger does not respect the fact that with the increasing temperature of the air that occurs in the heat exchanger, its volume and thus its velocity increase, because the inversion of the channels ensures consistent consistency of their flow cross section at the inlet and outlet of the exchanger, channel cross-sections in an adjacent adjacent layer. This inevitably leads to the loss of some of the heat energy that this air has already received, at the expense of what is most important for a heat exchanger - efficiency!
Značné radíusy vzájemně inverzních křivek kanálů ve vnějších rozích desek pak vedou k absolutní ztrátě teplosměnné plochy výměníku a vytvářejí dodatečné potíže při dotěsňování výměníku do potrubí.b / Shaping the channels in the plane of the plate into mutually inverse curves is ideal for the laminarity of the air flow, but almost eliminates the turbulence, which is an important factor for the efficient operation of heat recovery. Creating conditions for turbulence by shaping a plurality of transverse fins extending into the flow cross section of the channel then leads to an overall deterioration of the heat exchanger as a whole by a sharp increase in its pressure losses. The considerable radii of mutually inverse channel curves in the outer corners of the plates then lead to an absolute loss of the heat exchanger heat exchanger surface and create additional difficulties in sealing the exchanger into the pipeline.
c/ Plynulé změny směru proudění v kanálech je dosahováno velkými radiusy vodících žeber. Z tohoto důvodu je výroba formovací techniky velmi nákladná.c / Continuous changes in the flow direction in the channels are achieved by large radii of the guide ribs. For this reason, the production of molding technology is very expensive.
Vysoký čelní odpor celé plochy způsobuje, kromě vzrůstu tlakové ztráty výměníku i jeho vnitřní hlučnost, která způsobuje komplikace při konstrukci rekuperačních zařízení klimatizačního charakteru.d / A serious disadvantage of the recuperative heat exchanger consisting of ducts with inverted channels is the fact that on the air inlet side the individual inlet slots are separated from each other by gutters of a height equal to the height of the inverted channels. The density of the grooves and their quantity then completely devalues the entire area on the side of the column of the inlet channels. The high frontal resistance of the whole surface causes, besides the increase of the pressure loss of the exchanger, also its internal noise, which causes complications in the construction of air-conditioning heat recovery systems.
Vzniklou netěsnost oři stavbě výměníku je nutno řešit velice mračně zatmelením.e / A significant drawback of the construction of the recuperative heat exchangers from the plates with inverted channels is the point contact of the rib ridge with the lower surface of the plate located above. This automatically results in a problematic quality of the interconnection, especially in terms of strength and tightness, and thus the quality of the entire exchanger. The inversion of the course of the collections in two adjacent spaces then causes unfavorable effect when the upper rib edge meets the rib molded in the top plate. The leakage caused by the heat exchanger construction must be solved very cloudily.
Podstata vynálezu.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION.
Již toto samotné vyřešení oroblému samovolného zrychlování vzduchu ohřevem ve výměníku přináší do řešení žádoucí novost při dosažení vyššího účinku.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a completely new type of exchanger in which all the above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated and in which flow conditions are created which minimize the spontaneous acceleration of the air flow caused by its heating. This very solution to the orbital spontaneous acceleration of the air by heating in the exchanger brings the desired novelty to the solution with a higher effect.
Popis vynálezu.Description of the invention.
Asymetrický rekuperační výměník tepla /obr.l/ je skládaný z dělících stěn 5, 3 jejichž jedné strany vyčnívají dva druhyThe asymmetric recuperative heat exchanger (fig.1) consists of partition walls 5, 3 of which protrude two types on one side
Žeber,Ribs,
- Žebra distančně vodící 4, probíhající v lomených ořímých úsecích od vstuou k výstupu z výměníku,- Distance guiding ribs 4 running in angular sections from the inlet to the exchanger outlet,
3 b/. Poslání redukčních žeber je zřejmé. Odpadní teplo přestupující stě4 nou do čerstvého vzduchu nemění podstatně rychlost jeho proudu, čímž tepelně enervie zůstává uchována v objemu vzduchu.Reducing ribs 3, of variable cross-section, are arranged in at least one embodiment parallel to the distance guiding ribs. To promote turbulence, these ribs may be interrupted at selected locations. The ribs may extend over the full length of the channel formed by the pair of distance guide ribs 4 such that their cross-sectional value decreases from the maximum value at the inlet to the channel to a minimum value at the outlet of the channel / fig. 3 b /. The mission of the reduction ribs is obvious. The waste heat passing through the wall into the fresh air does not substantially change the flow rate of the air, thus retaining the heat energy in the air volume.
Složením několika dělících stěn pootočených v rovině styku vždy střídavě o 180° dostaneme asymetrický rekuperační výměník /obr.l/, v němž vždy sousedí rychlá /vstupní/ část s částí pomalou /výstupní/ - /obr.2/.In an illustratively simplified fact this means that in a plan view; In the view of the partition wall, the thelo-exchange field is divided asymmetrically into the fast part (input) and the part by pomel (output). By assembling several dividing walls rotated 180 ° alternately in the plane of contact, we obtain an asymmetric recuperation exchanger (fig.1), in which the fast (inlet) part always adjoins the slow part (outlet) - (fig.2).
The importance of this arrangement is decisive for the overall efficiency of the counter-rotating exchanger in adjacent portions of the exhaust air inlet (fast part) and the fresh air outlet (slow part). This situation in itself induces optimum conditions for heat exchange, where the heating air velocity is higher than the heating air velocity.
Nedostatečnost turbulenčních vlivů u kanálů tvořených inverzními křivkami nahrazuje ostře lomené vedení přímých úseků. Změna směru proudění vždy o 90° poměrně ostrým zalomením /přechod je tvořen nouze nezbytným technologickým radiusem/ tvoří výrazný zdroj turbulence, který je ve vybraných místech přímých úseků doplněn ostrým přerušením 2 redukčních žeber 2* Takto dosažené turbulenční vlivy vyhoví podmínkám rekuperační ho výměníku bez extrémního vzrůstu tlakových ztrát. Teplosměn ná hodnota formátu celé desky je potom využita optimálně.The lack of turbulence in inverted curve channels is replaced by sharply angled lines of straight sections. Change of flow direction always by 90 ° with relatively sharp bend / transition is created by the necessary technological radius / creates a significant source of turbulence, which is at selected points of straight sections complemented by sharp interruption 2 reducing ribs 2 * The achieved turbulence influences conditions of recuperative exchanger without extreme pressure loss increase. The heat exchange value of the whole plate format is then used optimally.
The shaping of the inverse curves per se constitutes the absolute difficulty of producing molding tools for forming the partition walls, the thermal utilization of the entire area of the partition wall being excluded. The sharp breaking of the distance guide ribs 4 on the plane of the plate 5, in addition to substantially reducing the production of the forming tools, allows the plate to be geometrically such that the developed area of all adjacent channels formed by the distance guide ribs 4 / and the profiling 6 / is equal to each other. This creates the basic conditions for optimum utilization of all the heat transfer surfaces available in the heat exchanger. The shaping of the asymmetrical partition wall allows for the formation of a lateral covering of the outer channel so that it forms a logical wedge-shaped entry 1 into the adjacent inlet channel into the plate composition. The tariff odor of the entrance wall thus decreases in the order of magnitude, as well as the pressure loss of the exchanger and its internal noise.
Jednoduchým tvarováním bočního profilování 6. odoadne 50 5» žebrovítých výstuoků, které v současnosti vSince the asymmetrical arrangement of the channels does not respect any of the symmetry axes of the partition wall format (Fig. 2), when folding the recuperation exchanger from these plates, the ridge contact between the rib of the rib of one plate and the rib of the rib on the sood side of the upper plate is ruled out. This contact is limited to an emergency perpendicular cut. This constitutes the absolute advantage of the oro mechanical properties and the tightness of the complete recuperation exchanger. Especially when using the technology of boards (metal or non-metal) the perfect compactness and stiffness of the whole and the use of very thin materials (0.3 - 0.1 mm) will be achieved. By simply shaping the side profiling 6, the 50 5 »ribbed outflows that currently
