Abstract

Vyrobený produkt má minimální trvanlivost 42 dnů při skladovací teplotě 4 .degree.C kdy obsah živých bakterií činí 8,2.10.sup.7.n.CFU/g a množství laktózy činí pouze 1,3 % hmotn.Acidophilic yogurt, which is made from a blend of cow's and sheep's milk, contains live lactic acid bacteria beneficial to the digestive tract of a lactose-reduced dog or cat. The product is produced using a newly formed bacterial blend from the bacteria used to make yoghurts and bacteria used to make acidophilic milk. The product produced has a minimum shelf life of 42 days at a storage temperature of 4 degC when the live bacterial content is 8.2 .mu.g / ml and the lactose amount is only 1.3%.
