Abstract

Spřádací rotor pro uložení v elektromagnetickém ložiskovém a hnacím systému obsahuje oboustranně otevřenou spřádací misku (1), která je uložena na jednom konci dutého nosného tělesa (2), na jehož obvodu je uložen feromagnetický prstenec (5) pro funkci magnetického ložiska a v jehož dutině je uložen prstencový permanentní magnet (3) vícepólově zmagnetovaný nebo složený z několika segmentů pro funkci elektrického pohonu. Nosné těleso (2) je z feromagnetického materiálu a je na konci, v němž je uložena spřádací miska (1) opatřeno vnějším obvodovým lemem (21), vedle něhož je na vnějším obvodu nosného tělesa (2) uložen neferomagnetický prstenec (4), vedle kterého je na vnějším obvodu nosného tělesa (2) uložen feromagnetický prstenec (5). The support body (2) is preheated before the permanent magnet (3) is mounted and the permanent magnet (3) is cooled, whereby a mechanical bias between the support body (2) and the mechanical magnet (3) is obtained after inserting the permanent magnet (3) into the support body and permanent magnet (3).
