Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Dosud se používá mnoho různých ochranných prvků k ochraně dokumentů, majetku, vozidel a dalších výrobků, jejichž účelem je v co největší míře zabránit jejich padělání a současně umožnit rozeznání padělaných výrobků či identifikaci ztracených a odcizených předmětů.To date, many different security features have been used to protect documents, property, vehicles and other products to prevent counterfeiting as much as possible while allowing the detection of counterfeit products and the identification of lost and stolen items.
Dle variabilní informace lze tyto objekty, v případě ztráty či odcizení, identifikovat manuálním čtením variabilního kódu na tomto výrobku a tím identifikovat majitele daného předmětu. At present, transparent plastic identification elements are known and used, where it is a plastic wheel with a diameter of about 1mm, on the surface of which variable information is placed. The production of this identification element consists in applying variable information to the surface of the translucent plastic foil by means of a photographic method and subsequently a circle is cut from the plastic thus prepared. This product is applied by means of a liquid medium and a pressure vessel to marked items. It is then applied again in the presence of a liquid medium by means of a brush on various objects to protect them. According to the variable information, these objects, in case of loss or theft, can be identified by manually reading the variable code on this product and thus identify the owner of the object. This variable information is read using a microscope. The disadvantage of this solution is zero protection against counterfeiting and low thermal and chemical resistance. Another disadvantage is that the identification of the variable information is limited only by microscope reading.
Another known solution relates to a nickel identification scale, which consists of a holographic pattern and an alphanumeric code that is applied to the pattern by a galvanic method. This solution is described in the Czech patent document CZ-PS 294820, where nickel is mentioned as the starting material for the galvanic process, the disadvantages of which are, for example, the low thermal resistance of the marked article, which can cause code damage, for example Another disadvantage of this product solution is the possibility of detection and identification of variable information only optically by means of a microscope.
Nevýhodou je rovněž značná náročnost výroby a omezená stabilita čitelnosti variabilní informace. The disadvantage is also considerable production difficulty and limited readability of variable information.
For this reason, it is necessary to integrate as complex and concisible machine-readable information as possible in these products in order to allow their readability by means of means other than visual.
Účelem vynálezu je výše uvedené nedostatky známých řešení odstranit a nalézt způsob výroby ochranných mikročástic pro ochranu dokumentů a jakýchkoliv jiných předmětů a výrobků z jiných elektrolyticky zpracovatelných kovů a materiálů, které mají příznivější vlastnosti pro daný účel, než má nikl a plast, a které by byly schopné identifikace a čitelnosti obsahu variabilní informace nejen vizuální, ale i strojovou cestou. The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the known solutions and to find a process for producing protective microparticles for protecting documents and any other articles and articles of other electrolytically processable metals and materials having more favorable properties for the purpose than nickel and plastic. capable of identifying and readable variable information content not only visually but also by machine.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The aforementioned drawbacks are largely overcome and the object of the present invention is to provide a process for manufacturing an intelligent microparticle comprising data and machine readable variable information, wherein the intelligent microparticle formed from a high temperature resistant and electrolytically and / or chemically treatable metal of selectable size and shape diffraction micro-grids and identification data, which are formed in the form of alphanumeric characters, patterns and / or barcodes, wherein the smart microparticle stores machine-readable information in the form of an additional layer.
A method for producing a smart microparticle is to electroplate the smart microparticle electrolytically in a current-free bath onto a 1 to 50 µm thick metal sheet to which a photoresist layer of 1 to 5 µm thick is deposited after removal from the smart microparticle. which further comprises an identification data warp, wherein the light-sensitive layer is further exposed to light through the identification data warp and subsequently the non-illuminated areas of the light-sensitive layer are removed in the developer to the metal sheet, and The photosensitive substances etch through the metal sheet an unprotected material and wherein the remainder of the light-resistant substance layer is rinsed from the smart microparticle with a chemical solution and then neutralized in a bath. In the final stage, the protective microparticle thus formed is coated with a machine-readable information. The finished smart microparticles are dried at the end of the process.
• ·• ·
The advantages of the intelligent microparticle according to the invention are primarily that the information stored on the microparticle can be read both optically and by machine, and in both cases the result is unique information characterizing the microparticle uniquely. Machine-readable variable information is unique for each batch of microparticles produced. Detection is performed using a portable detection device and is evaluated on site. For forensic purposes, an identification laboratory kit is designed, with which the unambiguous identification of variable information is evaluated in detail in an undemanding section.
Another advantage of this manufacturing and technological solution is the possibility of using various metals which are electrolytically processable or chemically metallized in electroless bath and which can be processed by etching, which greatly extends the possibility of use compared to plastic and nickel identification elements.
