Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
V technické oblasti absorpce elektromagnetického vlnění jsou činěna četná opatření k ochraně obyvatelstva a zaměstnanců před možnými škodlivými účinky elektromagnetických střídavých polí. In the technical field of electromagnetic wave absorption, numerous measures are being taken to protect the population and workers from the potentially harmful effects of electromagnetic alternating fields. The discussion about the concept of electric smog shows the sensitivity of the population to technically conditioned infiltration of the natural environment by electromagnetic radiation. Both the legislator and the employee companies responded by decree or by tightening the limits for maximum power density of the radiation source. Exemplary here are the 26th BlmSchV (Electromagnetic Field Ordinance) and DIN VDE 0848 (Safety in Electromagnetic Fields) Guidelines. In doing so, the limit values laid down in the 26th BlmSchV for the protection of the population are based on international recommendations, such as those of the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) or the World Health Organization (WHO). These recommendations are constantly being revised as new scientific knowledge emerges.

The latest ICNIRP publication of April 1998 confirms the values underlying the 26th BlmSchV. Table 1 shows the limit values for RF fields in accordance with DIN VDE 0848, which are permitted by the population.

V současné době probíhající nebo již zveřejněné studie WHO, ICNIRP, jakožThe division into electric and magnetic field components in this Directive requires significant costs in measuring the specific degree of absorption (SAR [W / kg]). SAR is a worldwide recognized base for thermal effects, as the body's absorbed power is critical to the biological effects of high-frequency radiation. According to current knowledge, SAR values of 1-4 W / kg (average across the body) lead to an increase in body temperature of 1 ° C within 30 minutes. For the protection of occupationally exposed persons, a limit value of 0.4 W / kg was set for the whole body and a value of 0.08 W / kg for the rest of the population. The problem with these limit values, or preventive values, is that only due to their publication in the decree, the population is threatened with danger, or the population is worried about the long-term effects that may not yet be proven safe. This is reinforced by a purely technical discussion, that is, by an exclusive relationship to thermal effects. Currently underway or already published WHO, ICNIRP studies as well

Udává se složení feritové desky s hlavními složkami Fe2O3, NiO, ZnO a CuO, jakož i pryskyřicí vázaného, pyramidového absorbérů s hlavními složkami Fe2O3, NiO a ZnO. V patentovém spise DE 19525636 * · • ···-3 and also the IEGMP related to influencing brain currents, especially when using mobile phones, due to their frequency and modulation, they enable to amplify to the fore the so-called athermic effects. For this reason, and in anticipation of results that are positive in terms of influencing the human body in the ongoing studies, there is an urgent need to develop an absorbent granulate to protect the resident population. For the absorption of electromagnetic waves, ferrites and / or conductive substances are predominantly available in various mixtures as well as in base materials. For example, Ferrite Domains CO. in Russia, it offers various ferrites such as microwave absorbers in powder form, which have a useful frequency of 1 to max. 40 GHz. Spectro Dynamic Systems in the US operates silver-coated cenospheres to absorb high frequencies and are to be used as fillers for paints and resin systems for the production of coatings. In one embodiment, the damping power is 60 dB in the 100 MHz-10 GHz band for a 5 mm thick film. TDK offers a range of RF absorber products with reflection attenuation greater than 20 dB, overlapping the total range from 0.03 to 40 GHz. Another absorber is operated by Emerson & Cuming Microwave Products, Inc. under the name ECCOSORB®MCS for frequency range 1 to 8 GHz with attenuation 6-63 dB / cm. DE 19949631 A1 describes a combined absorber for electromagnetic waves, wherein a dielectric constant ferrite powder of not more than 4.9 is dispersed in a conventional resin, shaped like a pyramid absorber and bonded to a ferrite plate. The composition of the ferrite plate with the main components Fe 2 O 3 , NiO, ZnO and CuO as well as the resin bonded pyramid absorbers with the main components Fe 2 O 3 , NiO and ZnO is given. The achieved attenuation is given in the frequency range 100 MHz to 10 GHz with a value of at least 20 dB. In DE 19525636 * · • ···

US 5446459 discloses a broadband absorber consisting of sintered ferrite and CuO-Fe 2 O 3 spinel ferrite. Absorption is measured using an HP 8510 A line analyzer using a coaxial test lead.
