Abstract
Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for attenuating noise, in particular for positioning on a proetor limiting surface.

Í J-l l l l l l.
Until now, cargo wedge structures with wedges that were 60 to 120 cm in length were used to attenuate the noise, and were fitted on the walls of the concealed spaces. These predominantly frothed masses consisting of wedges protruded with their length, corresponding to the length of the sound waves, about 1 m into space.
There are also known surface-mounted noise damping devices which are also provided on walls and covers of acoustic spaces. Such flat silencing devices have a porous absorber and a helmholtzu resonator.
According to the invention, this object is solved by a noise damping device, in particular for positioning on space limiting surfaces having a first damping element for low sound frequencies and a second damping element for high sound frequencies, the first damping element having a plate absorber arranged to , by means of a spacing element spaced apart from the space limiting space, and the second damping element has an array arranged on the plate. porous absorber. Due to this embodiment of the noise damping device according to the invention, a demanding wedge structure is removed to the space. The noise damping device according to the invention is made particularly easily of two damping elements, the first damping element being used to absorb the sound frequencies below the pCO Hz. With the first damping element, the second damping element arranged in the damping element absorbs higher sound frequencies caused by frictional and other energy losses. The noise reduction device according to the invention is characterized by a compact structure and in particular a smooth surface. Spatial losses are thus very slight. When used in wind tunnels with an arrangement of the invention, it is essential to reduce the flow losses caused by the wedge structures used to date.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention according to claim 2, the spacer element is formed in the form of a frame and a plate-like absorber arranged on the spacer element forms a hollow space with the space-limiting space.

The plate absorber 2 consists of a soft material error, preferably a plastic film. By means of this arrangement of the first damping element according to the invention, the sound frequencies below about pOC Hz are damped by the soft plate absorber error and by the hollow space 5, up. to the space limiting area o

In the second damping element of the noise damping device 1 according to the invention, the sound frequencies above 500 Hz are attenuated. frictional and other energy losses in the porous absorber 4.
the length of the spaced element 2 is about 100 mm, and the thickness of the porous absorber 8 is about 130 mm. A film of ziplastic material which serves as a plate absorber is only a maximum of 200 [mu] m thick, preferably only 50 [mu] m, so that the entire silencing device 1 is only about 230 mm thick. It can be seen that, compared to the otherwise conventional 1 m long sub-structures, the space consumption is clearly more advantageous, so that the damped acoustic spaces provided with the noise suppression device 1 of the invention provide more space or may be pre-built smaller. Therefore, it is also advantageous to use a damping effect;
adjusted parallel to the space of very little flow loss.
1 of the present invention in wind tunnels because of the flat surface that is formed by the winding tunnel. - _} vv
According to the following results of a series of measurements, the noise damping device 1 according to the invention dampens the sound in the wide band frequency range. In this series of measurements, the sound absorption degree was determined to be 52212. The baootect had a value of 130 mm, a thickness of 2 mole of 30 µm, and a thickness of 3 ° C was 12 C mm / test oloc: bare volume was 212 m S.
the porous eucalyptus eucalyptus of a plate-shaped, hollow plea had a thickness of 9.3 m.
