Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μια διεργασία για παραγωγή μιας ζωικής σίτισης η οποία περιλαμβάνει τη χρήση γαλακτωματοποιητών σε συσχέτιση ή σε πρόσμειξη με φυτικές ελαΐνες και γλυκόλες. Προσέτι, η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μια σίτιση που λαμβάνεται με την εν λόγω διεργασία έχοντας βελτιωμένες φυσικές ιδιότητες και χαρακτηριστικά τεχνικής παραγωγής. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται περαιτέρω με τη χρήση της εν λόγω σίτισης σε ζωική θρέψη. Τελικώς, η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με τη χρήση του γαλακτωματοποιητή Ε484 και/ή Ε487 (Μητρώο των Πρόσθετων Σιτίσεων της Κοινότητας - Κανονισμός ΕΕ Αρ. 1831/2003) σε συσχέτιση ή σε πρόσμειξη με φυτικές ελαΐνες και γλυκόλες, ως ένα τεχνολογικό πρόσθετο για αύξηση της ωριαίας απόδοσης παραγωγής (τόνοι/ώρα) σε ένα εργοστάσιο για παρασκευή μιας ζωικής σίτισης και/ή για βελτίωση των χαρακτηριστικών μιας ζωικής σίτισης, προτιμώμενα με τη μορφή των σβόλων, από την άποψη της θερμικής σταθερότητας και/ή σταθερότητας έναντι μικροβιακής αύξησης μετά από μακροχρόνια αποθήκευση και/ή για μείωση του σκονίσματος εξ αυτής.
