Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά μια συμμετρική εκ περιστροφής διάταξη συζεύξεως (1) με μία δακτυλιοειδή πλήμνη (2), από άκαμπτο υλικό, η οποία περιβάλλεται από έναν εξωτερικό δακτύλιο (3) από κομμιοελαστικό υλικό, με μια επί της εξωτερικής διαμέτρου διατεταγμένη εξωτερική διαμόρφωση , μέσω της οποίας μεταδίδονται, ταιριάζοντας δια του σχήματος, ροπές στρέψεως, όπου ο εξωτερικός δακτύλιος (3) έχει ενισχυθεί με ένα ενσωματωμένο, δακτυλιοειδές, άκαμπτο στερεό σώμα (7). Προκειμένου εις μια τέτοια διάταξη συζεύξεως να επιτύχουμε μια πλέον ομαλή λειτουργία και να προστατεύσουμε καλύτερα την διάταξη συζεύξεως έναντι καταστροφών, προτείνει η εφεύρεση το κομμιοελαστικό υλικό να είναι σιλικόνη και το δακτυλιοειδές, άκαμπτο στερεό σώμα να έχει προς τα έξω μια διαμόρφωση, η οποία είναι παρόμοια προς την εξωτερική διαμόρφωση (5) του εξωτερικού δακτυλίου (3) και να παρουσιάζει κατά την περιφέρεια μια σχεδόν σταθερή απόσταση προς την εξωτερική διαμόρφωση (5) του εξωτερικού δακτυλίου (3). Κατά προτίμηση αποτελείται το άκαμπτο στερεό σώμα (7) από λυγισμένο μεταλλικό υλικό ταινίας σταθερού πάχους.
