Abstract

Μια μέθοδος για επεξεργασία, σε μέσα δοχείου (2, 3, 8), ενός φυτικού προϊόντος που περιέχει ένα στερεό μέρος που αιωρείται μέσα σε ένα υγρό μέρος, περιλαμβάνει έλεγχο της πίεσης ενός αερίου μέσα στα εν λόγω μέσα δοχείου (2, 3, 8) για τροποποίηση του ειδικού βάρους του εν λόγω στερεού μέρους, έτσι ώστε να εμποδίζει το εν λόγω στερεό μέρος από του να επιπλέει πάνω στο εν λόγω υγρό μέρος μέχρι που να στεγνώνει' μια συσκευή που περιλαμβάνει μέσα χρονισμού (100) που διαρρυθμίζονται για άνοιγμα και/ή κλείσιμο, με κυκλικό τρόπο, μέσα εξαερισμού (10, 12) που περιλαμβάνονται μέσα σε ένα θάλαμο λειτουργίας (13) ενός συστήματος οινοποίησης (1), έτσι ώστε εναλλακτικά να επιτρέπουν στο θάλαμο λειτουργίας (13) να επικοινωνεί με ένα εξωτερικό περιβάλλον και/ή να απομονώνεται ο εν λόγω θάλαμος λειτουργίας (13) από το εν λόγω εξωτερικό περιβάλλον και κατά συνέπεια να μειώνουν και/ή να αυξάνουν την πίεση του αερίου μέσα στον εν λόγω θάλαμο λειτουργίας(13).
