Abstract

Método para la fabricación de paneles y placas prefabricados de mortero armado, concretamente uno en el que se utilizan moldes metálicos que disponen de medios resistentes para soportar el tensado de armadura biaxiales. Según el método, se dispone de un molde (3) que está formado por dos paredes centrales (2, 5) paralelas, que configuran las caras mayores del apnel, dos paredes laterales (9), que relacionan los lados de las paredes centrales (2, 5) y configuran los cantos laterales del panel, y dos paredes extremas, que relacionan los bordes extremos de las paredes centrales (2, 5) y laterales (9) y configuran los cantos extremos del panel. Entre las paredes laterales (9) y las paredes extremas, se dispone biaxialmente una armadura (7, 8) tensada. Finalmente se introduce el mortero a través de un espacio practicable previsto en una de las paredes centrales (2, 5), laterales (9) y/o extremas.
