Abstract

Se relaciona con la rama de la mecanización agrícola y en particular con la realización de las actividades de cultivo y fertilización necsarias en plantaciones cañeras. De manera tradicional, en las labores de fertilización y cultivo los reiterados pases de equipos, degrada considerablemente las propiedades del suelo. La integración en un implemento de los diferentes órganos de trabajo permite realizar todas las labores agrotécnicas de cultivo y fertilización en un único pase. Los brazos fertilizadores depositan el fertilizante, los brazos subsoladores descompactan el suelo y podan el sistema radicular de la planta.
