Kontejner na nápojeBeverage container
Oblast technikyTechnical field
Vynález se týká kontejneru na nápoje, např.štávy, s přístupovým ústrojím pro zavedení slámky, a zejmé-na kontejneru s integrálním přístupovým ústrojím, kteréumožňuje při zavedení slámky unikání vzduchu a přístupvzduchu do kontejneru.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a beverage container, e.g., a juice dispenser, with an access device for introducing a straw, and in particular a container with an integral access device to allow air to escape and access the container when introducing a straw.
Slámka sepotom zasune do kontejneru a užije k pití normálním způso-bem. It is known that beverage containers, for example, fruit juices and the like, can be advantageously made from multiple layers of paper, fibrous material, plastic, and other materials, and combinations thereof. The production of such containers is relatively inexpensive, but they are very attractive. Often such containers are provided on at least one side with a circular access piece which is covered with an aluminum or other film attached to the container. The drink is drunk from the container with a straw that is often attached to it. Before use, the straw breaks and its end, which can be slanted and forms a tip, pierces the cover material and pushes it out of the hole. The straw then slips into the container and uses it for drinking normally. A common problem with such containers is that due to the nature of the materials of which they are made, the side walls of the container are relatively soft. When a person holds the container in his hand and pierces the opening of the opening, he unintentionally presses its side wall so that overpressure occurs in the container. Such overpressure can also occur when filling the container or due to external heat. Then, when the straw is inserted into the container, the liquid can be ejected from the access opening and / or from the container. A second problem is that the diameter of the straw normally corresponds to the diameter of the access opening so that a leak-proof seal is formed between it and the wall of the opening after insertion of the straw. This seal then prevents the air from entering the container during drinking with the straw. This results in a vacuum inside the container which causes the container walls to collapse before being completely emptied.
Kon-tejner podle vynálezu je výrobně levný a přitom tvoří atrak-tivní obal pro nápoje.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container with an access device that allows air to enter and escape from the container and cooperates with a straw to collect a liquid that does not spray from the container when the straw is inserted. This container has an access device that allows the blaster to access the beverage and thus prevents the collapse of its walls. The inventive container is inexpensive to manufacture and yet forms an attractive packaging for beverages.
Přehled obrázků na výkresechThe essence of the container according to the invention lies in the fact that it consists of a closed body with an upper surface on which an access device and a cover device are formed which maintains the tightness of the container and thereby ensures that its contents are prematurely spoiled. The accessory consists of two parts: an opening that is substantially smaller in size than a straw, and notches that extend from the opening and cooperate with it to create ventilation edges that arise when the straws are inserted into the container and facilitate emptying. Příklady provedení vynálezuFIG. 1 is a perspective view of a prior art beverage container; FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the container of FIG. 1 in a straw container; FIG. 3 is an isometric view of a container according to the invention; Figure 5 is a top view of the container of Figure 3 in straw piercing; Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the upper side of the container of Figure 3 but with the straw being pushed into the drinking position; and FIG. 8 is a plan view of another alternative embodiment of the access device of the present invention. EXAMPLES OF THE INVENTION
Nevýhody tako-vého uspozřádání jsou uvedeny v předchozím textu.1 and 2, a typical container 10 according to the prior art consists of a body whose upper surface 12 can be square, rectangular, oval or other in shape and is provided with a circular access opening 14. The body may be made of, for example, paper or The opening 14 is covered by a metal or plastic foil 18 which keeps the contents of the container 10 closed and prevents it from being spoiled until it is opened. A wrapper 20 can be arranged around the entire container 10 or at least through the opening 14 to protect the container and prevent water from leaking. . The overwrap 20 may be of a transparent material, e.g. plastic. Alternatively, the overwrap 20 may comprise a entrainment flag. The beverage is fed from the container 10 with a straw 22. Typically, the straw 22 at the end 24 is diagonally cut to form the tip 26. As shown in Fig. 2, the container 10 opens so that the tip 26 of the straw 22 is pressed against the wrapper. 20 above the aperture 14, so that the overwrap 20 and the film 18 break through and allow the straw 22 to slide into the interior of the container 10. The disadvantages of such an arrangement are discussed above.
Zářezy 44B vytvářejí mezi sebou na horní straně42 kontejneru 40 klínovitý úsek 58.The container 40 according to the invention shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 can, like the containers 10, have any geometry. On its upper side 42 there is an access chamber 44. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 5 and 6, the container 40 may be of several layers. In particular, the container 40 is made of a cardboard layer 46 on which a plastic or film impervious layer 48 is impermeable on the inside of the container. The exterior of the container 40 is wrapped in a protective wrapper 50, which is preferably made of polyethylene or other plastic. The layers 46, 48, 50 are laminated to each other. Alternatively, the inner impermeable layer 48 and / or the protective device may be provided in some part of the cardboard layer 46 around the access device 44. The access device consists of two parts: an aperture 44A and a plurality of notches 44B. The aperture 44 and the aperture layer 46 may have a variety of shapes, preferably partially conforming to the straw used 52. For example, when a circular cross-sectional straw 52 is to be used, the aperture 44A has a partially circular shape whose approximately equal to or less than the diameter of the straw 52. The notches 44B extend tangentially from the aperture 44A and their length is greater than the radius of the aperture 44A and not the straws 52. The notches 44B form a wedge-shaped section 58 between them at the upper side 42 of the container 40.
5. Když seslámka 52 vtlačuje do vnitřku kontejneru 40, protrhne vnitř-ní nepropustnou vrstvu 48 a ochranný přebal 50. Protože prů-měr slámky 52 je větší než průměr otvoru 44A, slámka 52 od-dělí klínovitý úsek 58 podél zářezů 44B od horní strany 42a stlačí ji dolů, čímž vznikne přehnutý okraj, jak ukazujeobr. 5 a 6. Jakmile seslámka 52 zasune dost daleko do kontejneru 40 (obr. 6), dáse nápoj pít obvyklým způsobem. V této poloze tvoří zahnutýklínovitý úsek 58 kolem slámky 52 těsnění, nicméně má takovýtvar, že umožňuje vnikání vzduchu do kontejneru 40 ve směrušipky 56, což umožňuje sání nápoje slámkou. Tím se znemožnízhroucení stěn kontejneru 40.The container 40 of the present invention is used as follows: a straw 52, analogous to that of FIGS. 1 and 2, is pressed against the access device 44 as shown in FIG. 5. When the slug 52 presses into the interior of the container 40, it breaks the inner impermeable layer 48 and protective cover 50. Since the diameter of the straw 52 is larger than the diameter of the opening 44A, the straw 52 separates the wedge-shaped section 58 along the notches 44B from the top side 42a and compresses it downward to form a folded edge as shown in FIG. 5 and 6. When the wedge-shaped section 58 separates from the top side 42, gas escaping in the upper end of the container 40 is allowed to flow in the direction of arrow 54 in FIG. 6. As a result, pressure is released in this first phase, which was in the container 40 so that the beverage would not splash through the straw 52. Once the whisker 52 has been pushed far enough into the container 40 (FIG. 6), the drink can be drunk in the usual manner. In this position, the curved wedge section 58 around the seal 52 forms a seal, but has a shape that allows air to enter the container 40 in the direction of the arrow 56, allowing the drink to suck the straw. This makes it impossible to collapse the walls of the container 40.
It goes without saying that if the shape of the opening 44 is changed appropriately, straws of a non-circular cross section may be used. When only. a triangular cross-sectional straw 52, replacing the half-circle aperture 44A with a smaller-sized triangular aperture - 5 - than that of the straw, ensuring that when the straw is inserted, the aperture and the notched area work in the same manner as described with respect to the semicircular aperture 44A . In an alternative embodiment of Fig. 7, the top side 62 of the container analogous to the container 40 of Fig. 3 is provided with an access device 64. The access device 64 is formed by a D-shaped semicircular hole 66 and two or more outlets 68 extending therefrom. When a straw is inserted into the container, the layers covering the aperture 66 are pierced. In the embodiment of FIG. 8, the access device 74 is formed by a D-shaped aperture 76 and a plurality of notches 7 that are closer together than in FIG. a straw is inserted with the top wall having the same or slightly larger diameter than the opening 76, the notches 78 forming downwardly angled edges therebetween.
