Abstract
The purpose of the invention is to increase stability Substrate-Insulation-Covering System when using plastomer foils to isolate exclude the process of bonding the film to the basis of which it is possible to make such production \ t isolation facilitated by their fixation early in the manufacture of prefabricated building elements parts. This purpose is achieved by the fact that the films used so far are used for the insulation exclusively in the packaging technology they are equipped with air cushions that the foil is pressed into the foil into the building material substrate spontaneously solidifying, solidifying removes air cushion closures from the foil face, e.g. the cavities and on the face of the film are spontaneously applied solidifying material in liquid state or plastic and allowed to solidify.
Description
Vynález se týká provádění izolaci, zejména proti zemní vlhkosti, vodě ,parám aj. pomocí plastomerových fólií.The invention relates to the performance of insulation, in particular against earth moisture, water, vapors and the like, by means of plastomeric films.
In the case of waterproof, vapor-proof, acid-resistant and other insulations, it uses, among other insulating materials, their impermeability, flexibility, water resistance and other properties of plastomeric films, mostly flat. These films are either. grip between the backing and covering layer, such as building material such as concrete, mortar, plastering bricks, where the resulting system is not stressed by shear and tensile, or the foils are glued to the substrate, which is more expensive and harmful, requires a substrate that is flat and dry for most adhesives, which cannot always be achieved without costly measures. Problems with the stability of the substrate-insulation-covering layer, which is usually a protective layer, increase with vertical wall insulation, as common building materials self-curing such as mortar, concrete, etc. do not adhere to plastomeric insulation foils and therefore larger protections have to be technically demanding anchor way. For similar reasons, the industrialization of plastomer foil insulation is less industrial, not least in the prefabricated production plant the insulation cannot be readily secured from further handling and transport to the site.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are overcome by the method of insulating with the film according to the invention, which solves the insulating of both base and cover materials self-curing, with plastomeric foils provided with air cushions on the back, which consists in pressing the foil with cushions into the base material. a liquid or plastic state where it is left to solidify, after which the cushions of the pads are removed from the face of the foil, for example by bursting or burning without breaking the other integral foil, and into the resulting cavities and face of the foil liquid or plastic and allowed to solidify at rest.
By using the process according to the invention, the plastomer foil insulation is attained while achieving a high stability of the resulting undercoat-insulation layer only by mechanically joining the layers without gluing. The use of the method according to the invention eliminates the need for dryness and evenness of the substrate, since it is flowing with liquid or plastic materials, which is advantageous, especially in the manufacture of insulation together with prefabricated elements or in additional insulation such as masonry, water tanks etc.
An example of the use of the film insulation method according to the invention is the insulation of the panel against earth moisture by placing the film smoothly on the bottom of the mold, which is then filled with concrete in a plastic or liquid state and after concrete has been solidified and demolded The panel is turned upside down and into the resulting cavities and a fine-grained plaster is applied to the face of the foil, which is allowed to solidify.
Another example of use is to provide additional insulation of the vertical brick wall against earth moisture. ZeS. The plaster is cast into the still plastic plaster with the reverse side, ie the cushions are pressed by a plastomeric foil, which is secured by external sheet formwork.
After the plaster has solidified and the formwork is removed, the cavities of the air cushions are opened by fire without breaking the foil lining the cavities and the foil on the surface, and fine-grained plaster is cast into the resulting cavities.
