Vynález se týká zařízení pro snížení defor-mací stojanů a rámů strojů, zejména obrábě-cích, které jsou způsobeny různými strojnímiskupinami, které na nich obvykle bývají za-věšeny.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for reducing the deformation of racks and frames of machines, in particular of machine tools, which are caused by various machine groups which are usually attached thereto.
Stojany, například horizontálních frézova-cích a vyvrtávacích strojů, nebo rámy svis-lých soustruhů a portálových frézovacíchstrojů, jsou nežádoucně deformovány jednakod řezných sil a jednak od hmot vřeteníků,příčníků, smykadel, protizávaží a podobně.Deformace stojanů, které způsobují tyto nanich zavěšené hmoty, se u stávajících strojůjen částečně odstraňují tak, že vodicí plochystojanů nejsou přímé, ale mírně zakřivené.Toto zakřivení vodicích nebo úložných ploch,které má eliminovat deformace stojanu, sepracně provádí podle předchozího odměřeníbuď na speciálních strojích nebo ručně za-škrabáním. Tento způsob nestačí zvláštěv těch případech, kdy se na vřeteníky nebostojany, popřípadě rámy, připevňuje sníma-telné přídavné zařízení.
