Abstract

The invention corresponds to a machine for physical training using a hydraulic system consisting of a hydraulic actuator, a check, a hydraulic oil tank, a pressure gauge, a pressure regulating valve, and a pivoted lever on the hydraulic actuator mentioned above, as a mechanism by which the user regulates the force with which he intends to improve his muscle mass. When the user performs the downward movement of the lever, the actuator sucks through an oil check of the tank, thus filling part or all of its internal volume, this downward movement performed by the user does not require great physical effort and in case the user decides to stop at any point along the way, the lever will lower slowly and without generating a risk to the user's health. Subsequently, when the user makes the upward movement of the lever, the hydraulic oil inside the actuator will have to exit through a pressure regulating valve and return to the hydraulic oil tank. Depending on the pressure calibrated in the pressure regulating valve and the piston area of the hydraulic actuator, the user must make a determined force to overcome the force imposed by said calibration pressure and printed on the piston area of the hydraulic actuator. Such force can be observed in a pressure gauge since said calibration pressure and the piston area of the hydraulic actuator are known, which is constant.
