Abstract
1.- Un método para taladrar un pozo, el método comprende: suministrar una línea de flujo de alta presión adaptada para que un fluido de alta presión fluya a través de éste; suministrar un sistema de inyector de impactador acoplado a la línea de flujo de alta presión para acelerar una pluralidad de impactadores e inyectar los impactadores acelerados hacia la línea de flujo de alta presión para formar una lechada de impactador de los impactadores arrastrados y el fluido de alta presión; transportar la lechada de impactador a través de la sarta de tubos en comunicación fluida con la línea de flujo de alta presión a una cabeza de chorro en comunicación fluida con un extremo distante de la sarta de tubo; acelerar la lechada de impactador en una dirección hacia el fondo del pozo en una dirección tangencial para crear un flujo de remolino de la lechada de impactador; golpear la formación de un pozo con una lechada de impactador acelerada para remover la formación de partículas desde ésta; transportar la lechada de impactador y las partículas de formación a un sistema separador; utilizar un separador magnético del sistema separador para separar al menos una porción de los impactadores de las partículas de formación; utilizar un separador de hidrociclón del sistema separador para separar al menos una porción de los impactadores desde el fluido de alta presión. 2.- El método de la reivindicación 1 y que comprende además: suministrar una pluralidad de puertos de boquilla dispuestos radialmente alrededor de la periferia de la cabeza de chorro y adaptados para permitir al menos que una porción de la lechada de impactador fluya a través de ésta para golpear un lado del pozo.1.- A method for drilling a well, the method comprises: supplying a high pressure flow line adapted for a high pressure fluid to flow through it; supplying an impactor injector system coupled to the high pressure flow line to accelerate a plurality of impactors and injecting the accelerated impactors into the high pressure flow line to form an impactor slurry of the dragged impactors and the high fluid Pressure; transporting the impactor slurry through the tube string in fluid communication with the high pressure flow line to a jet head in fluid communication with a distant end of the tube string; accelerate the impactor slurry in a direction towards the bottom of the well in a tangential direction to create a swirling flow of the impactor slurry; hitting the formation of a well with an accelerated impactor slurry to remove the formation of particles from it; transporting the impactor slurry and the formation particles to a separator system; use a magnetic separator from the separator system to separate at least a portion of the impactors from the formation particles; use a hydrocyclone separator from the separator system to separate at least a portion of the impactors from the high pressure fluid. 2. The method of claim 1 and further comprising: providing a plurality of nozzle ports radially arranged around the periphery of the jet head and adapted to allow at least a portion of the impactor slurry to flow through this one to hit one side of the well.
