Abstract
1.- Pañal o pañal pantalón con una sección delantera (4;4AND#39), una sección trasera (5,5AND#39), y una sección de entrepierna intermedia (6;6AND#39) que tiene un ancho más angosto que las secciones delantera y trasera más una línea longitudinal de simetría (A-A) que se extiende desde la mitad del borde trasero de la sección trasera a la mitad de borde delantero de la sección delantera, en donde el pañal o pañal pantalón incluye un cuerpo de absorción (1;1AND#39) que se incluye entre una capa de superficie interior (2;2AND#39) de material permeable a los líquidos y una capa de superficie exterior (3; 3AND#39) de material impermeable a los líquidos, por medio del cual las partes laterales (22, 23 respectivamente 24, 25; 22AND#39 23AND#39 respectivamente 24AND#39, 25AND#39), de las secciones delantera y trasera se pueden unir la una a la otra mediante un cierre reasegurable por medio de una primera unión mecánica (10, 11 respectivamente 12, 13; 10AND#39, 11AND#39 respectivamente 12AND#39, 13AND#39) de tal forma que el pañal o pañal pantalón, en la posición de uso en donde las partes laterales se unen la una a la otra en forma superpuesta, adquiere una configuración como de pantalón con una abertura de cintura y dos aberturas de piernas caracterizado en que una banda (14 , 15; 17, 18) de material suave y flexible, cuyo extremo está permanentemente adherido a la parte lateral (22, 24; respectivamente 22AND#39, 24AND#39) de esa sección de la sección delantera o trasera (4,5) que, cuando está en la posición de uso, se superpone por la parte lateral (23, 25; respectivamente 23AND#39, 25AND#39) de la otra sección, que es, en la posición de uso, doblada sobre cada borde de abertura de pierna y reasegurable al exterior de la parte lateral superpuesta (23, 25; 23AND#39, 25AND#39) de las partes laterales unidas mutuamente (22, 23 respectivamente 24, 25; 22AND#39 23AND#39 respectivamente 24AND#39 ,25AND#39) por medio de una segunda unión (16).
