Abstract
Un método para fabricar una tira de resortes encamisadosinterconectados, el cual comprende los pasos de: alimentar un alambre adaptado para ser moldeado en una pluralidad de resortes, teniendo dicho alambre un límite elástico; alimentar una tela para formar una pluralidad de espacios donde, en cada uno de ellos, se recibirá un resorte; calentar dicho alambre a una temperatura a la cual se alivien las tensiones presentes en dicho alambre; dar a dicho alambre forma de resorte, cuando éste se encuentre a una temperatura elevada; enfriar los resortes resultantes, a una temperatura a la cual la proyectada deformación de dicho resorte esté por debajo del límite elástico del alambre; comprimir dicho resorte; manipular la mencionada tela, para formar los espacios donde se alojarán los resortes; insertar un resorte terminado en cada espacio, y sellar la tela alrededor de cada espacio, para formar una pluralidad de camisas rellenas de resortes. Un método, tal y como ha sido descrito en la Reivindicación 1, en el cual: dicha etapa de calentamiento incluye el aumento de la temperatura de dicho alambre, hasta un rango de 232.2°C a 260.0°C. A method, as described in Claim 1, in which: said heating step includes increasing the temperature of said wire, to a range of 232.2 ° C to 260.0 ° C. A method, as described in Claim 1, in which: There is a fixed tool that shapes the wire.
