Abstract
Se describe en este documento una matriz de formulación para la obtención de productos expandidos con base a caucho natural que comprende microesferas y etil-vinil-acetato (EVA), y su método de obtención. Los productos obtenidos a partir de dicha matriz de formulación tienen acabados terminados después de la vulcanización sin requerir pasos adicionales de post-curado. Entre los productos de caucho expandido que se pueden obtener a partir de la matriz descrita aquí, se encuentran suelas, mangueras, sandalias, plantillas y otros artículos de caucho, que se caracterizan por tener una baja densidad y gravedad específica de 0,5 a 0,75.This document describes a formulation matrix for obtaining expanded natural rubber-based products comprising microspheres and ethyl-vinyl-acetate (EVA), and its method of obtaining. The products obtained from said formulation matrix have finished finishes after vulcanization without requiring additional post-curing steps. Among the expanded rubber products that can be obtained from the matrix described here are soles, hoses, sandals, insoles and other rubber items, which are characterized by having a low density and specific gravity of 0.5 to 0. .75.
