Abstract
Diversas técnicas para permitir que un Nodo de Soporte del GPRS de Servicio (SGSN) provea a un Sistema de la Estación de Base (BSS) con una indicación de que una Unidad de Datos de Protocolo (PDU) de Control de Enlace Lógico (LLC) enviada a un dispositivo inalámbrico determinado contenga un mensaje de Solicitud de Avance de Temporización de Multilateración del Protocolo de Servicios de Localización de Recursos Radioeléctricos (RRLP) de manera que BSS después de transmitir PDU de LLC al dispositivo inalámbrico determinado puede invocar algoritmos de estimación de Avance de Temporización para la recepción de enlace ascendente de bloque o bloques de acuse de recibo del Canal de Control Asociado al Paquete (PACCH), (por ejemplo, bloque o bloques de acuse de recibo del PACCH de Cobertura Extendida PACCH (EC) del dispositivo inalámbrico determinado.
