Abstract
La presente invención provee un proceso para obtener a condiciones de baja presión, un hidrocarburo homogéneo de alta estabilidad, baja viscosidad y alta retención de volátiles. El hidrocarburo resultante del proceso está constituido en su gran mayoría por crudos pesados y extrapesados, un diluyente convencional y de un DNC, donde los componentes del DNC se agrupan en tres tipos, los hidrocarburos de tres o menos carbonos (C-3), los hidrocarburos de cuatro carbonos (C4) y los hidrocarburos de cinco o más carbonos (C5+). La mezcla de los componentes definidos genera un efecto sinérgico en las características de viscosidad, estabilidad y homogeneidad del hidrocarburo final, permitiendo transportar el crudo pesado y extrapesado que originalmente presenta un API entre 7 y 25.The present invention provides a process to obtain at low pressure conditions, a homogeneous hydrocarbon with high stability, low viscosity and high retention of volatiles. The mixture of the defined components generates a synergistic effect on the characteristics of viscosity, stability and homogeneity of the final hydrocarbon, allowing the transport of heavy and extra heavy crude that originally presents an API between 7 and 25.
