Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a un aparato especializado de cocción para láminas de pasta para lasaña, el cual permite la cocción simultánea de una pluralidad de láminas de pasta, evitando que se adhieran o se quiebren. Particularmente, la presente solicitud enseña un recipiente rectangular (1) en el que se aloja un armazón interno desarmable (3), compuesto por varillas o listones (5) que dan soporte a una serie de placas verticales (4) que poseen ranuras horizontales (4a), en donde dichas ranuras actúan como soportes para una serie de bandejas o láminas perforadas removibles (7), que al ubicarse en las ranuras (4a) configuran una escalera con compartimientos idénticos, en donde se situarán las láminas de pasta de manera individual; y una tapa perforada (2) para dicho recipiente rectangular (1). De esta forma, se proporciona un aparato de fácil limpieza que permite la cocción de una pluralidad de láminas de pasta para lasaña de forma simultánea, sin que se adhieran unas a otras, reduciendo así el tiempo de preparación de la lasaña.The present application refers to a specialized cooking apparatus for lasagna pasta sheets, which allows simultaneous cooking of a plurality of pasta sheets, preventing them from sticking or breaking. Particularly, the present application teaches a rectangular container (1) in which a removable internal frame (3) is housed, composed of rods or slats (5) that support a series of vertical plates (4) that have horizontal grooves ( 4a), where said grooves act as supports for a series of removable perforated sheets or trays (7), which when located in the grooves (4a) form a ladder with identical compartments, where the pasta sheets will be placed individually ; and a perforated lid (2) for said rectangular container (1). In this way, an easy-to-clean apparatus is provided that allows the cooking of a plurality of lasagna pasta sheets simultaneously, without adhering to each other, thus reducing the lasagna preparation time.
