Abstract
La presente invención trata de una cocina solar térmica con control hidráulico y marmitas con circulación por efecto Coriolis (1) que comprende un sistema de captación de energía solar (2), un sistema de almacenamiento del fluido de trabajo caliente (8), un sistema de control y transmisión de fluido de trabajo caliente (16) y un sistema de cocción de alimentos (22) que presenta marmitas (23), las cuales rotan sobre un eje horizontal para evacuar los alimentos a procesar. La cocina solar (1) funciona fundamentalmente con energía solar térmica para la cocción de alimentos y un sistema de energía solar fotovoltaica para el funcionamiento de un sistema de bombeo. La energía es captada y almacenada por un sistema de energía solar térmica con almacenamiento o caldera de gas (o ambos). La energía almacenada en el sistema solar es transmitida por circulación del fluido de trabajo hacia unas marmitas pasando por un sistema de bombeo y válvulas hidráulicas. This transmission is done by circulating the fluid in a circular form within each kettle, using the Coriolis effect.
