Abstract

La presente invención corresponde a un dispositivo de cierre de tejido con perforación, que comprende un ducto, un mecanismo de sujeción y un mecanismo de cierre de tracción medial. Dicho ducto está dispuesto en la periferia de la perforación del tejido y el mecanismo de sujeción sujeta el ducto al tejido. Por otro lado el mecanismo de cierre de tracción medial, se encuentra operativamente dispuesto con el mecanismo de sujeción y el ducto, de tal manera que contrae el tejido hacia el centro de la perforación. En un ejemplo de la presente invención el dispositivo de cierre de tejido divulga una tubería con agujeros que corresponde al mecanismo de cierre de tracción medial, y simultáneamente funciona como dispositivo de irrigación y drenaje. Además, en una aplicación particular el mecanismo de sujeción solo perfora una capa del tejido evitando que se realicen esfuerzos y posibles daños en capas más débiles del tejido.The present invention corresponds to a perforated tissue closure device, comprising a duct, a clamping mechanism and a medial traction closure mechanism. In an example of the present invention the tissue closure device discloses a pipe with holes corresponding to the medial traction closure mechanism, and simultaneously functions as an irrigation and drainage device. In addition, in a particular application, the fastening mechanism only punctures a layer of tissue preventing stress and possible damage to weaker layers of tissue.
