Abstract

一种轻型万能木工机床，机床的左端可分别安装锯片、砂轮或铣刀架，其中间部分是刨轴总成，右端安装有可拆装的车床导轨。可在一台机床上完成车、钻、刨、锯、磨、铣等项工作。由于本机改现有技术的左端进行车削、钻孔为右端进行车削、钻孔，使得本机结构更为合理，操作方便，并可两人同机进行两种不同加工工序。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种轻型万能木工机床。
现有技术所生产的多用木工机床，车床导轨均在箱体的左端，操作不方便，不符合一般操作习惯，且在进行车削、钻孔工作时，主轴处于倒转状态，使得锯片锁紧螺母极易松脱。
针对上述不足之处，本实用新型的目的在于设计一种右端能够进行车削、钻孔工作，左端能够完成锯、磨、铣工作，中间进行刨削工作，操作方便、安全的轻型万能木工机床。
附图给出了本实用新型的一个实施例。
附图描述了一台轻型万能木工机床的整体结构。刨轴总成（3）安装在箱体（8）的上部，刨轴总成（3）的后面是固定刨台面（2），固定刨台面（2）的后部可以连接一个加长台面（4），刨轴总成（3）的前面装有活动刨台面（12），电机（5）安装在机床的后下方。刨轴总成（3）的输出轴的右轴端装有钻卡头（9），箱体（8）的右端用螺钉连接一个可以拆装的车床导轨（11），进行钻孔工作时，拆下车床尾座（7），换上钻孔工作台（6），就可以进行钻孔工作，在车床导轨（11）上装有可拆装的托刀架（10）。
刨轴总成（3）的左输出端可安装锯片、砂轮或铣刀架，输出端锁紧螺母为左旋螺母。其上部装有锯台面（1），能够进行锯、磨、铣等项工作。
以上详细描述了本实用新型的一个实施例。由于本机改现有技术的左端进行车削，钻孔为右端进行车削、钻孔，使得本机结构更为合理，操作方便、安全，并可以两个人同机进行两种不同加工工序。

Claims (2)

1、一种轻型万能木工机床，由箱体(8)、刨轴总成(3)、车床导轨(11)、锯台面(1)、固定刨台面(2)、活动刨台面(12)和传动机构组成。本实用新型的特征在于：车床导轨(11)安装在箱体(8)的右端，刨轴总成(3)的左输出端分别安装锯片、砂轮和铣刀架。刨轴总成(3)的输出轴的右轴端装有钻卡头(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轻型万能木工机床，其特征在于：车床导轨（11）和箱体（8）之间靠螺钉连接。
