Abstract
羟烷基膦化合物例如:四(羟甲基)盐类,是用于控制苔藓植物,地衣,藻或霉菌或微生物植物的病菌。
Description
本发明提供了用于控制或消灭及抑制苔藓植物(例:苔和地钱植物)、地衣、联胞藻和霉菌、病毒、细菌及其它微生物病菌的生长的新配方和方法。本发明适用于消灭存在于草地、花园、果园或耕作土地、溶液培养床或森林及高级植物如庄稼和存在于通道、路面、墙壁、木制品、砌砖及其它建筑上的上述有机物,但基本上并不损害草地或宽叶植物。
在我们的欧洲专利申请号0139404 A1中,我们叙述了用某些羟烷基膦衍生物作为在水中处理的生物杀伤剂,并可用于保存含水的产品。
现在,我们揭示了当羟烷基膦衍生物的水溶液应用于苔类、地钱植物或地衣,或土壤,或被霉菌或微生物病菌感染的植物时,同未经处理的场所相比,苔、地衣或病菌被杀死或基本上给减少,同时草地及宽叶植物却相应未受侵蚀。
根据我们的发明,羟烷基膦化合物最好的化学式是〔HORPR′n〕yXx,其中n是2或3,x是0或1,这样(n+x)=2或4;y与x有相同的价;R是具有1-4个碳原子的烷烯基;每个R′可以相同或不同及代表一个烷基或具有直至24个碳原子的烷烯基,或一个式为HOR(其中R如上述定义)的基团,X是阴离子,这样的磷化合物是水溶性的;或前面所述羟烷基膦化合物水溶性浓缩物,它们可用于控制苔藓植物、地衣、联胞藻、或霉菌或微生物植物病菌。
我们提出的化合物其中n=2,特别是化合物其中至少为2及最好是3,R′是HOR基团。我们尤其推荐的化合物是,其中R为亚甲基。这样,我们极力地推荐水溶性四-(羟甲基)鏻盐(在这里称为“THP盐”)。化合物三-(羟甲基)膦亦是有效的,但是它在市场销售的制剂不够稳定,这点本来就是商业上关心的问题,然而,根据我们的发明可以使用任何前体在所需的位置得到三-(羟甲基)膦。
最好的四-(羟甲基)鏻化合物是四-(羟甲基)鏻硫酸盐及相应的氯化物,溴化物和磷酸盐,然而X可以是任何合适的阴离子如:硝酸盐,氟化物、膦酸盐、亚硝酸盐、亚硫酸盐、亚磷酸盐、碘化物、硼酸盐或碳酸盐或有机阴离子如:甲酸盐、乙酸盐、苯甲酸盐、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐、乳酸盐、丙酸盐、丁酸盐、或表面活性剂阴离子如:烷基苯磺酸盐或烷基醚硫酸盐。
羟烷基膦化合物可以选择含有2个或更多磷原子,最好磷化合物是水溶性,在25℃浓度至少为0.5克/升。上述的磷化合物通常每个磷原子至少含有一个羟烷基,最好是每个磷原子至少有2个羟烷基,这个羟烷基最好是化学式ROH,其中R如上述定义。基团或与磷原子相联结的基团,其化学式可以是-R-,-R-O-,-R-O-R-或-R-NH-R或-R-R″-R-其中R如上述定义及R″是除去两个氢原子的残基,同从二或聚酰胺或二或聚胺,如脲素,双氰胺,硫脲或喹尼啶中的氮相结合。这类化合物中,每个磷原子带有2或更多例如3个羟烷基,它们可以通过自身缩合,使一个磷原子上连结3个或4个羟烷基而制得,例化学式〔HORPR′nOm〕yXx或可以通过与化学式R″H如硫脲缩合而制得。缩合可以在40-120℃完成。
根据进一步的实施,我们的发明提供了一个配方,适用于控制苔藓植物、地衣或霉菌或微生物植物病菌,该配方含有有效量的羟烷基膦化合物与园艺或农业上可接受的稀释剂、载体和/或溶剂相结合。
羟烷基化膦化合物类可以在水中以有效浓度直至饱和的溶液形式存在。它们通常供应的浓度在约50-80%(按THP重量浓度计)例:75%,但在使用前将正常地稀释至浓度从0.01-10%(按重量计)。它们可以与颗粒、非植物毒性固体如滑石混合或在惰性情况下吸附,或也可以溶解在有机溶剂或悬浮成混悬剂或乳化剂。它们可以与其它杀苔剂或生物杀伤剂同时使用,如:除莠剂、杀真菌剂、杀菌剂、杀昆虫剂和杀杂草剂;或与表面活性剂、湿润剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、混悬剂、粘稠剂、增效剂、植物生长调节剂或植物营养剂同时使用。
我们发明的化合物可以使用于草地、花或菜地、耕地、牧场、果园或木场溶液培养床,或使用于种子、根、叶、花、水果和/或植物的茎或使用于通道、路面、墙壁、木制品、砌砖或类似可侵袭的表面。
本发明的化合物是有价值的,特别表现在可以控制在草地上或在通道或走道上及种子外皮的苔或联胞藻;可以喷雾用于控制在叶、花和水果上的霉菌、细菌或病毒感染,如生霉、葡萄孢属菌、锈斑、新月菌、花叶病或萎蔫病;可以使用于土壤或幼苗的根(如:芥属幼苗可以抑制棒节根及控制大批的霉菌、病毒、原虫及植物的细菌疾病,包括霉菌枯萎病,例如:马铃薯枯萎病,溃疡如:苹果溃疡,结痂,根腐败及球茎基腐败。本发明配方对保护谷类作物特别有效,包括小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、稻谷、玉米、小米、芝麻,可以抵抗广谱的植物疾病。
其它重要的作物也可以按我们的发明保护,包括蔗糖、块根蔬菜包括胡萝卜、荷兰防风、芜麦、甜菜根、甜菜糖、萝卜、瑞典芜菁及甜菜潜叶、甘兰,包括洋白菜、茎椰、茎花及芽;放牧场,豆类,包括豌豆、大豆、法国豌豆、匍匐豆、蚕豆、菜豆及小扁豆;Curcubaceous植物包括黄瓜、marrows瓠果及瓜类、油菜、森林、橡胶、棉花、咖啡、可可、黄麻、西红柿、马铃薯、芋、烟草、香焦、椰子棕榈、橄榄、葱类包括洋葱、分葱、韭葱、蒜、细香葱及春葱,地面香附子、花生、高梁、油棕榈、玫瑰、***、亚麻、苜蓿、紫花苜蓿、茶叶及水果,包括柠檬、苹果、葡萄干、桃子、花蜜、芒果、梨、樱桃、葡萄、鱼子咖啡豆、茶蔗子、海枣、无花果、鳄梨、杏仁及杏。
下面的实例将说明本发明:
实例1
下面的试验我们用75%的四-(羟甲基)鏻硫酸盐溶液进行,该溶液在下文中称为THPS。
将每升水中含有5毫升THPS的溶液喷洒在潮湿石墙壁上生长着的苔菌落部位上,24小毫内,在未经喷洒的部位,苔菌落仍然茂盛并呈绿色,而被喷洒的区域,苔菌落转成棕色并且萎缩,48小时内,被喷洒的区域苔菌落已明显死亡(即菌落完全变棕色并显著萎缩),未喷酒区域没有影响。
实例2
重复实例1的试验,用在每升水中含有5毫升THPS的溶液,并在喷洒前以碳酸氢钠溶液中和至pH为7与8之间。试验结果基本上同实例1相同。
实例3
试验THPS溶液在杀死生长于宽叶植物及草地上的苔菌落的效率。
取在每升水中含有5毫升THPS的溶液(用碳酸氢钠中和的及未经中和的两种溶液)喷洒在隔离的区域,另外,用一个浇水壶将每升水中含有3.75毫升THPS的溶液,使用于其它区域。
在24-48小时以后,就一切情况来说,处理过的菌落已被杀死,宽叶植物没有显著的影响,草地与未经处理的草地比较表明没有任何不利的影响。
实例4
按实例1至3重复试验,但用THPS氯化物,THPS磷酸盐或THPS亚磷酸盐,基本上得到相似的结果。
实例5
取浓度为每升含有5毫升THPS的溶液,喷洒到已有明显黑斑与霉的玫瑰上,在48小时内喷酒三次,将此处理的玫瑰与未处理的对照架上玫瑰相比较,经处理过的植物表现出基本上消失了上述的症状。
实例6
当把每升水中含有5毫升THPS的水溶液喷洒到小麦地区时,影响霉菌、病毒、及微生物疾病,包括黄色和棕色锈斑、Septoria及眼点的感染,与对照地区比较是大大地减少了。
实例7
当THPS吸收在滑石上,应用于各种的种子,例种子表面处治,入射从种子培育的植物上产生的霉菌、细菌和病毒的感染,同未处理的种子比较是减少了这些感染。
Claims (13)
1、一种用羟烷基化合物控制苔藓植物、地衣、联胞藻或霉菌或微生物植物病菌的方法。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其中使用化学式为〔HORPR′n〕yXx的羟烷基膦化合物,其中n是2或3;x是0或1,这样(n+x)=2或4,y与x的价相同;R是具有1-4个碳原子的烷烯基;每个R′可以相同或不同及是烷基或具有直至24个碳原子的烷烯基,或式HOR-的基团(其中R如上述定义);X是阴离子,该膦化合物是水溶性的,或是前面所述的羟烷基膦化合物的水可溶的浓缩物。
3、按权利要求2所述的化学式的化合物,其中每个R′是化学式HOR-的基团。
4、按权利要求2或3所述的化学式的化合物,其中每个R是亚甲基。
5、按权利要求1所述的方法,其中使用水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐。
6、一种处理菌落表面或苔藓植物或地衣菌落的方法,其中包括使用一个有效的水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐,为杀死或抑制所说的苔藓植物或地衣的生长。
7、使用一种作为杀死苔的水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐。
8、使用水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐,保护农作物,抵抗霉菌或微生物植物病菌。
9、一种适用于农业、圆艺、林业、溶液培养的配方,其中包括一个羟烷基膦化合物和一个圆艺学或农业学可接受的稀释剂、载体和/或它们的溶剂。
10、按权利要求9所述的配方,其中加入含有其它的生物杀伤剂、表面活性剂、湿润剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、混悬剂、增稠剂、增效剂、激素、植物生长调节剂和/或植物营养剂。
11、按权利要求9和10所述的配方,其中包括一个水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐同一个惰性的非生物毒性颗粒固体混合,吸收在其上面,或吸附或包在其胶囊中。
12、一种保护植物抵抗霉菌或微生物植物病菌的方法,其中包括在生长时或生长的介质中使用一个水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐或按权利要求9至11的任何配方。
13、用一个水可溶的四-(羟甲基)鏻盐或按权利要求9至11的任何配方,作为种子表面处治。
