Abstract

一个对半的轴承绕着转轴适配。在轴承端部的一对轴环使轴承受力而与轴接合。设置链轮以便在轴环间的轴承上转动。

Description

在许多***中可转动部件,(例如:链条传动链轮),可绕轴转动。常常由于链轮在轴上转动而使轴受到磨损。
对于用在水和污水净化***的矩形净化器,为了检修,常常需要从钢轴上拆卸空转链轮。而且,由于链轮转动所引起的摩擦也经常使轴受到磨损。这样就需要替换轮和轴。通常,把钢轴用连接件连接到处理槽侧壁的铸铁巴氏合金壁轴承上。但是,连接件经常要受到水和废物的腐蚀,这就给检修时要拆卸他们带来极大的困难。当需要检修或替换时,这种拆卸是费时的,并且要长时间的停机。
在某些***中,一个链轮可被固定到轴上,而另五个链轮被允许作为空转链轮而作振动。在由于受到腐蚀而使此轴固定到壁面轴承上时,就必须把固定链轮中的轴承移动;当放入本发明的轴承时,两个链轮都变为空转链轮,而且可绕固定轴自由转动。
本发明提供一种经改进的轴承装置,它可以消除和避免从操作位置移出固定轴所需的体力的时间方面消耗。在检索期间,所找到的专利有U.S.P13,  98,  049;U.S.P3211502;U.S.P3,  096127;U.S.P2426645。但是,在这些专利中没有一个给出申请者的轴承装置的结构单元。
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的轴承装置,它便于在轴上安装可转动的部件。
本发明的更进一步的目的是提供一种改进的装置,它可以不用移动轴就能更换固定轴上的链轮。
本发明另一个更进一步的目的是提供一种改进的轴承装置,它耐磨损又不受磨蚀。
依照本发明,所提供的轴承装置用来把链轮连接到轴上。此装置包括一个对半的塑料轴承,它的大小要与轴相配合。把一对轴环装置固定到轴上,并连接到对半轴承的端部,轴环是可调的,以便把轴承压在轴上,也可以防止轴承的轴向移动。轴承是用键配装到轴环装置上的,以防止轴承的转动。链轮绕轴环装置之间的轴承而转动。
本发明的其它目的和争夺战将是明显的,并且有别于那些已有技术这可以从阅读下述的详细说明和专利权利要求以及相应的附图看出。
图1表示一个应用本发明的水净化设备的矩形净化器部分的主体图;
图2表示一个沿图1中的2-2剖线得到的横截面图;
图3表示一个由图2所示的部件细节的分解图;
图4表示一个沿图2中的4-4剖线所得到的横截面图;
图5表示一个由图3所示的一个轴环到一个对半轴承的键连接的放大图。
参见图1,它图示了可以使用本发明的典型的水和污水净化***的每个部件。这个***被描述在题为“用于矩形净化器的水净化和塑料产品”的待批的专利申请中,专利申请号为72204.1985年4月11日提出,转让给本发明的同一受让人。
通常,在图1中图示的***被配置在矩形槽中,这个槽包括侧壁和带有底的端壁(没有图示)。在操作期间,此槽被注满污水或废物料。
操作机构包括一个马达传动单元,它有锁销链轮装置2,它通过链条6和轴12来驱动链轮4。轴被键销上,以便驱动另一个链轮8。
轴12驱动链轮10。轴12绕一对壁面轴承转动,其中只图示了一个轴承14,壁面轴承通过铰链或其它合适的装置被固定到侧壁上。空转链轮16通过链条18和19来驱动。
本发明旨在构造轴22上的轴承装置17,这是为了容纳可转动的链轮20。通常,当涉及到轴22的过度磨损或链轮20需要替换时,本发明的轴承装置将被用作检修或替换零件。因此,本发明将与可绕轴22转动的链轮20一起进行描述。轴22被固定到壁面轴承21和23上,然后又被固定槽的侧壁上。假定一个条件。即轴22受到磨损,并使壁面轴承受到磨蚀,以及一个新的轴承装置17被安装在此***中,以便提供必要的检修。例如:检修可能是这样一种情况,即链轮通常由轴驱动的情况。实际上,驱动轴可以被变换到空转链轮上,这样以避免进行既费精力又费钱的轴的拆卸。当然,本发明的轴承装置并不限制用在特定的情况中,在许多不同的场合中也是有用的。
参见图2和图5,把链轮20连接到轴22的装置包括对半轴承24和一对轴环装置26和28。
如图3所示,对半轴承24由两个半园件30和32所组成,他们的大小要适合于套在轴22上。半园件30有槽口34和36,半园件32有槽口38和40,要安装成能容纳轴环装置26和28中的键部件。
轴环装置26包括一对半园件42和44,轴环装置28包括半园件46和48半园件42、44、46和48分别包含键部件50、52、54和56。键部件50、52、54和56都被设置在半园件42、44、46和48的凹槽区域中。一种这样的凹槽区域58图示在附图5中。
如图2所示,对部轴承24的端部被安置在轴环装置26和28的凹槽区域内。轴环装置26和28的键部件50、52、54和56分别装配到对半轴承24的各半园件的槽口34、36、38和40中,这样以保持轴环相对于轴承的相对位置,并且阻止轴22上轴承24的转动。
半园件42、44、46和48也以类似的方式装配在一起。如图4所示,半园件42包括外伸法兰或具有侧边开孔的节60和62其中只图示了64。同样,半园件44包括具有开孔66和68的外伸突台59和61。
螺钉和螺帽装置70通过所有半园42、44、46和48的开孔(例如:64、66和68)向外延伸。装置70和72被拉紧,以便使轴环合在一起,并且使轴承半园件30和32受力,这样使得他们与轴22成坚固地接合。如图2所示,固定螺钉74和76通过癗园件42和46中的螺纹孔延伸,以便保持轴环与轴22牢固地接合。轴环装置26和28当固定到位置上时,他们阻止对半轴承24的轴向移动。键和槽口配置将阻止轴承和轴环之间的相对旋转运动。固定螺钉74通过上半园件42中的开孔75(见图3)向外延伸。半园件46包括一个容纳固定螺钉76的开孔77。
链轮20能够在对半轴承24上自由转动。轴承可由塑性材料制成,例如:铸尼龙-6或超高分子聚乙烯材料。链轮20可由尼龙制成。此外,图示的装置没有给出轴的磨损。轴环可由铸尼龙制成。
链轮20可由两个半园件构成,他们由连接条80和82或其它合适的装置连接在一起。链轮20包括一个中心轴套78,它被安放在两个轴环之间的对半轴承上。
显然,如果链轮20在轴22上引起过度磨损或者受到腐蚀,那么链轮就可以通过分开链轮的两个半园件来从轴中移开,而不需要扰动轴。具有本发明的新的轴承装置的新的链轮可易于装配,也不必从壁面轴承21和23中拆去轴承来完成检修。应该注意,轴的磨损将减小它的外径,而与轴接触的链轮内表面的磨损将包括链轮内开孔的内直径的磨损。两种情况都可能通过使用本发明的轴承装置而容易地得到校正。

Claims (8)

1、连接轴上可转动部件的装置,其特征是
a).滑动轴承包括一对对半的半园件,其大小要与所述的轴相配合;
b).一对固定轴环装置,它用于在所述滑动轴承的端部进行连接,以便把所述的滑动轴承牢固地连接到所述的轴上;
c).每一个所述的轴环装置都包括一对半园件,利用调整装置可迫使所述的轴环装置与所述的滑动轴承端部紧密接合。
2、如同权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征是:他们的每一固定轴环装置都包括一个凹口,以容纳所述的滑动轴承的一端。
3、如同权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征是:每一个所述的滑动轴承的对半的半园件都包括一个容纳键部件的槽口,它配置在所述轴环装置的凹槽处,以便阻止所述滑动轴承的转动。
4、如同权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征是:螺钉装置被用来把所述的同环,装置固定到所述的轴上。
5、如同权利要求4所述的连接装置,其特征是:所述的可转动部件包括一个链轮。
6、如同权利要求5所述的连接装置,其特征是:所述的轴被牢固地固定到水处理设备的结构上,所述的链轮包括一个链条驱动***中的空转链轮。
7、如同权利要求6所述的连接装置,其特征是:所述滑动轴承和轴环装置由塑料组成。
8、如同权利要求7所述的连接装置,其特征是:所述的链轮由尼龙材料制成,所述的轴承由尼龙-6制成,所述的轴环装置由铸尼龙制成。
