Abstract

本发明涉及一种管材斜轧机,其特点是在轧件出口侧装有管端缩径装置。它具有结构简单、投资少、实用和易操作等优点。用于具有二次穿孔工艺的自动轧管机组时,可改善经二次穿孔后的毛管进入自动轧管机的咬入条件;用于周期式热轧管机组的延伸机上时,可减少毛管在周期式热轧管机上的打头次数及管端表面的外折和裂纹。试验表明,可提高周期式热轧管机的作业率和管材的成材率各1膜%以上,能取得明显的经济效益。

Description

配有管端缩径装置的管材斜轧机
本发明涉及一种配有管端缩径装置的管材斜轧机。
普通管材斜轧机轧制穿孔后的管坯是借助于穿在管坯内的心棒顶头和轧辊进行的,经二次穿孔机或管材延伸机轧制的等外径毛管不易顺利进入轧管机孔型进行轧制。为使轧辊顺利咬入,在自动轧管机组中,往往要限制自动轧管机的变形量,影响自动轧管机的能力,而在周期式热轧管机组中,要借助喂料器进行打头,一般每根毛管要经过20-30次打头,影响轧管机的生产率,由于打头产生管端表面外折、裂纹等缺陷,降低管材的成材率,当喂入量过大时,往往引起设备异常,影响轧管机的作业率。
在轧管生产过程中,有人采用有两个沿心棒方向相对排列的机架,在机架中间为一组轧辊,以心棒为中心对称分布,轧辊一头装在一个固定机架的轴承座上,另一头则装在与此相对的旋转机架的轴承座上,旋转机架围绕毛管中心线回转,改变轧辊轴线与心棒轴线的倾角位置的薄壁管轧管机,如1969年US-3465563专利。该轧管机结构复杂。
本发明的目的是提出一种能缩小管材前端外径的管材斜轧机,它尤其利于对现有斜轧机的改造,克服前述管材斜轧机的不足。
本发明提出的配有管端缩径装置的管材斜轧机的特点是在轧件出口侧压下螺丝相对应的轧辊箱内置入单作用液压缸,构成管端缩径装置。在该装置的作用下,轧辊绕轧件入口侧压下螺丝的球面端部摆动,产生附加偏角α,改变了轧辊轴线的位置,从而改变轧辊与心棒顶头所构成的孔型,达到能缩小管材前端外径的目的。当管材前端缩径长度满足工艺要求时,将管端缩径装置的单作用液压缸泄压复位转入正常轧制。
由于本发明只在管材斜轧机轧件出口侧压下螺丝相对应的轧辊箱内置入单作用液压缸,所以具有结构简单、投资少、实用、易操作的优点。管端缩径装置用于具有二次穿孔工艺的自动轧管机组时,可改善经过二次穿孔后的毛管进入自动轧管机的咬入条件。当用于周期式热轧管机组的延伸机上时,生产出的毛管在周期式热轧管机上的打头次数明显减少,同时减少了设备异常现象以及管端表面外折、裂纹等缺陷,可提高周期式热轧管机的作业率和管材成材率各1%以上,获得明显的经济效益。
附图为配有管端缩径装置的管材斜轧机的结构原理图。图中(1)是轧辊箱,(2)是轧件,(3)是轧件出口侧压下螺丝,(4)是管端缩径装置的单作用液压缸,(5)是轧件入口侧压下螺丝,(6)是轧辊,(7)是轧辊摆动前的轴线,(8)是心棒顶头,(9)是轧辊摆动后的轴线,(10)管端缩径装置。
参照附图详细说明本发明的实施方案。
本发明是在管材斜轧机轧件(2)出口侧压下螺丝(3)相对应的轧辊箱(1)上镗一圆孔,将单作用液压缸(4)置入镗好的圆孔内,构成了管端缩径装置(10)。当单作用液压缸(4)的无杆腔充液时,在活塞的作用下,轧辊箱(1)连同轧辊(6)绕轧件(2)入口侧压下螺丝(5)的球面端部摆动,使轧辊(6)轴线由(7)变到(9)的位置,产生附加偏角α,由于改变了轧辊(6)的轴线位置,于是改变了正常轧制时轧辊(6)与心棒顶头(8)所构成的孔型,对轧件(2)管端外径进行塑性加工,实现管端缩径,而轧件(2)的内径由心棒顶头(8)的尺寸决定。当管端缩径长度满足工艺要求时,将管端缩径装置(10)的单作用液压缸(4)泄压,轧辊(6)连同轧辊箱(1)一起在轧制力及轧辊平衡装置(图未示出)的共同作用下复位,转入正常轧制,从而满足工艺要求。

4、根据权利要求1所述的管材斜轧机,其特征是管端缩径装置的液压缸置入轧件出口侧与压下螺丝相对应的轧辊箱的孔内。
5、根据权利要求4所述的管材斜轧机,其特征是当液压缸的无杆腔充液时,在活塞的使用下,轧辊箱连同轧辊绕轧件入口侧压下螺丝的球面端部摆动,使轧辊的轴线产生附加偏角α。
