Abstract
本设备是一种由激振器与筛箱组成的共振筛。激振器与箱体连接，激振器振动时带动筛箱共振，解决了停机时筛箱滞后停振时间长的技术问题。另外，筛箱第一筛面由不在同一平面的筛面组成，入料段筛面可托住入料。具有托料、给料、筛分三重功能的优点。本实用新型装置可用于筛分各种粒状物料，最适于高炉用料的筛分。
Description
本装置是一种用于筛分各种粒状物料的装置，最适宜于停车后无滞后振动要求严格的筛分场合。
现在技术效果较好的摩根森筛，存在着启动、停车时间长，筛面倾角较大，不能同时兼有托料、给料和筛分的三重功能，将这三种功能合为一体的技术特点是大家所希望的。本发明是针对现有技术的不足做出的一种改进装置。
附图一是本发明的一个视图。现根据附图来说明本发明装置的特点。橡胶弹簧（1）用螺栓与平衡体（2）固定，平衡体上装有带偏心块的激振装置。激振装置由安装在平衡体上的电机通过皮带传动的。
橡胶弹簧的另一头与筛箱用螺栓固定，当偏心块（5）绕轴转动时，由于离心力作用将使筛箱和平衡体做反方向相对振动。
筛箱第一筛面（7）入料方向段的平面与水平面微倾斜，使入料能被托留在该面内。排料段筛板倾斜角度在20°～25°，第一筛面下的二层筛面的倾角在25°～30°之间。
本发明较已有技术的筛子相比，具有停车时停振滞后时间短，处理能力高，设备简单，维护方便等优点。
Claims (2)
1、本设备是一种由带橡胶弹簧的共振筛。其特征在于橡胶弹簧(1)与筛箱(6)相连接。
2、按权利要求1所说的筛箱，其特征在于第一层筛面由两段不在同一平面上的平面组成。
