Abstract
用于盛装一定剂量的膏状物或液体例如洗发剂或洗澡剂用加剂由片状材料(2)制成的袋子(1)有由扁平接缝(8)封闭起来的一个边缘(4),一个扯开区(10)置于该接缝(8)的外区,为便于扯开袋(1),则将一个棒(9)置于该接缝(8)的部分,其沿该接缝的纵向延伸于该扯开区(10)的两侧。
Description
本发明涉及一种袋,它有由扁平接缝封闭起来的边缘和在接缝外区的扯开处。
该袋可以是扁平袋或小囊袋,更具体来讲,是盛装一定剂量的膏状或液体诸如洗发剂或洗澡用添加剂,最好由折叠薄片制成并且由扁平接缝封闭起来的边缘紧邻折叠边缘的那种扁平袋或小囊袋,沿着平行于折叠边缘的方向将该袋扯开。
已知用于盛装洗发剂和洗澡用添加剂的袋是由片状材料制成的,特别是由塑料、铝、纸或这些材料的结合而制成。小袋是矩形时,通常是将片状材料折叠,该折叠处构成一个封闭侧边,而其它三个边都是由扁平接缝封闭,该接缝可以焊接,粘接或封接。为便于在予定处或“扯开区”将折叠袋打开,则在一个接缝的外区制出裂缝和/或轻微地予制成的多孔扯开线。为便于在扯开操作时手指夹住小袋,至少在靠近扯开区附近,应使小袋的夹持表面粗糙些。尽管有这种特殊的夹持表面,还是难于扯开这种小袋,至少手指湿时是如此。其部分原因,是形成袋的片很薄,因此更难于以牢牢地相互啮合和/或摩擦的方式抓住,另外,当手指上有一层水膜时,手指总是滑脱。
因此,希望能制成一种小袋,使得扯开的操作简便,特别是用湿手指也可以扯开。
根据本发明,一个棒设置于接缝内,沿接缝的纵向延伸在扯开区的两侧。
在接缝中加入该棒,则在扯开袋时便可将袋牢牢抓住,若将该棒制成一件,则用两手的手指抓住该棒的一部分将其在扯开区或扯开线处断开,为便于将棒折断,可在扯开区将棒予制有断裂区或切口。另一种可选用的办法,是该棒由两部分组成,将它们一端靠一端地布置,将两部分的邻近端置于扯开区(扯开线上)。为避免要将该棒对正才能***接缝,可使该棒有两个予制断裂区或切口处,每一断裂区或切口处置于距各自由端的一定距离处,因此,可按任何方向提供及***该棒。
为便于制造该袋,最好将该棒置于一个双接缝的中间,该棒可由诸如塑料等脆性的易于断裂的材料制成。
现在结合附图对本发明做进一步的介绍,其中:

盛装例如洗发剂的袋基本为矩形由层压塑料片2制成的扁平袋。在图示实例中,片2于底边3处折叠,而其它三个边缘4、5、6、由平焊接缝7牢牢地连接在一起,在一个边缘4处制成双接缝8,在双接缝8的两个纵向部分之间留有自由空间,以便装入例如由脆性容易断裂的塑料制成的扯开棒9,制成多孔、切口或缺口扯开线10的扯开布于双接缝8的外侧,并距上边缘5一定距离处,因此,扯开棒9延伸于扯开线10的两侧,一般情况下,扯开棒9完全焊在双接缝8内,接缝两端封住。
每只手两个手指夹住扯开线10的两侧,可将袋1扯开,由于有了扯开棒9,手指便容易将袋夹住了,这时,扯开棒9断裂,为使棒容易断裂,棒上有切口或其它减弱处,使其与扯开线10对齐,因此,每只手的手指间抓住棒9的一部分,这样,便容易扯开袋1,因为有了棒9两部分的固持作用,手指便不容易从袋1上滑脱。
在图示实例中,棒9几乎在袋1的整个边缘4的长度上延伸,作为一种替换办法,棒9也可以做的短些,只要其长度足够由手指容易地将其夹住,即使断开时也容易将其夹住即可。一般情况下,棒9仅牢牢地装于双接缝8的中间,但如需要,还可将棒再粘固在片2上。
可在距棒9每端的一定距离处置单独的缺口,即予制断裂处,这样可避免将棒***双接缝前还需对正。
作为一种图示实例的替换办法,棒9也可做成两段,在此种情况下,棒9的两段一端靠另一端地放置,并使两段的接头处与扯开线10对齐。
Claims (10)
1、袋(1)有由平接缝(8)封闭起来的边缘(4)和在该接缝(8)外区的扯开区(10),其特征是在该接缝(8)中有棒(9),该棒(9)沿接缝(8)纵向延伸于该扯开区的两侧。
2、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,该接缝(8)是包括两个纵向部分的双接缝,该棒(9)置于该两部分中间。
3、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,该棒(9)是整体一件,其在邻近扯开区予制有断裂区。
4、如权利要求3所述的袋,其特征是,该棒(9)予制有两个断裂区,每一断裂区位于距各自由端的给定距离处。
5、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,该棒(9)由脆性的易断材料制成。
6、如权利要求5所述的袋,其特征是,该棒(9)由塑料制成。
7、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,该棒(9)由二部分组成,这两部一端靠一端地放置,相靠的两端置于扯开区附近。
8、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,该棒(9)完全焊封在该接缝(8)中。
9、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,该扯开区(10)由切口或多孔线确定。
10、如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征是,其基本是扁平的并由折叠片状材料制成。
