Abstract

猪油选择性加氢工艺及其催化剂可用于制造香皂,尤其是优质香皂之用。
该催化剂由硫酸铜、硫酸镍和硅藻土组成。其中Cu∶Ni(原子比)=3∶1,硅藻土的重量为金属总重量的二倍。猪油选择性加氢工艺系在加压封闭条件下进行,其压力在5个大气压以下。
所制得的氢化油可用来取代牛羊油制造高级优质香皂。
本工艺具有方法简单、反应时间短和成本低廉等多种优点。

Description

猪油选择性加氢工艺及其催化剂是用于生产香皂,尤其是高级香皂的。
我国生产香皂用的原料油其主要成份是牛羊油,价格昂费,需要进口。本发明的目的在于用选择性氢化催化剂将猪油改性,使其达到用猪油来取代牛羊油制造优质香皂所要求的指标。该催化剂的特征在于:它由硫酸铜、硫酸镍和硅藻土组成,其铜和镍的原子比为,Cu∶Ni=3∶1,硅藻土的重量为金属总重量的二倍。在制备催化剂时应先按上述配比称取硫酸铜和硫酸镍并使之溶于水中,水温要保持在35°~55℃之间。将120~140目的硅藻土按规定的重量比倒入溶液中。然后,分几次加入稍微过量的10%的碳酸钠溶液,不停地搅拌使其完全成为碳酸盐沉淀下来。静置后过滤,再用35°~45℃的水洗涤至中性,再经烘干、碾碎、磨细并过筛成120~140目的颗粒状催化剂即可。猪油选择性加氢应在高压釜中封闭条件下进行,其压力在5个大气压以下。用此工艺制得的氢化油还应用白土来除去铜离子,否则氢化油会很快氧化变质。
实施例:
猪油500克,催化剂4克,加压到2个大气压,在氢化温度为170°~190℃,搅拌速度为1000rpm下,氢化时间仅需10分钟即可达到制造优质香皂的指标,其数据如下:

从上表可知,催化剂活性值为73.85,选择性比值为24。催化剂的比表面经测定为45.42m2/g,使用寿命为二次。加工每吨猪油的成本费(包括催化剂在内)可低于120元。参考文献1.U.S.Patent.1122398.

Claims (3)

1.猪油选择性加氢工艺及其催化剂,其特征在于,所述的催化剂由硫酸铜、硫酸镍和硅藻土组成,其铜和镍的原子比为:Cu∶Ni=3∶1,硅藻土的重量应二倍于金属的总重量。
2.权利要求1中所说的催化剂,其特征在于,在制奋时,应使硫酸铜和硫酸镍的溶液温度保持在35°~55℃之间,在倒入硅藻土后应分几次加入稍微过量的10%的碳酸钠溶液,经搅拌后使其成为碳酸盐沉淀下来,经静置后过滤,再用35°~45℃的水洗涤至中性,最后再干燥、碾碎、磨细并过筛成颗粒状即成。
3.权利要求1中所说的猪油选择性加氢工艺,其特征在于,它是加压封闭式氢化工艺,其压力在5个大气压以下,制得的氢化油还应用白土来除去其中的铜离子。
