Abstract

尿布、褥垫、月经带、(大小便)失禁用衬垫、吸液垫布、护理衬垫等保健品与环境卫生品专用的吸液衬垫是用干法直接制造的,以湿强纸和/或涂料纸的废料,特别是以来自牛奶纸箱包装、冷藏包装、一次应用餐具等食品包装生产中的废纸料为主要成分。废纸料切碎并磨浆,在磨浆或临近磨浆时,加入最多为25%(按容积,以废纸料为基准)的表面活性剂与水的混合物,以便恢复纤维的吸液能力。这样,用其它方法不易加工的原料就能够用于干法直接磨浆。

Description

本发明涉及吸液衬垫的制法。这种吸液衬垫专供制作象尿布、褥垫、绷带、月经带、各种(大小便)失禁用衬垫、妇女儿童衬裤用吸液垫布、护理衬垫之类的软保健品与卫生品。还可用在那些需要使液体吸收既迅速又可靠的场合,例如冷冻食品之类的释放液体制品的包装与运输。本发明的吸液衬垫,是以纤维素纸浆为主要成分进行干法磨浆后,加工成所需的产品。本发明的制法特点在于用湿强纸和/或涂料纸的废料作纤维素纸浆。磨浆前,把废纸料切成适当尺寸。在磨浆或磨浆前,向废纸料中加入表面活性剂与水的混合物,以便恢复纤维的吸液能力。
废纸料来自食品包装的生产,如牛奶纸箱、冷藏包箱、一次应用餐具等的生产。这些废纸料的形状不拘,带状、切屑状、片状、卷状、球状等均可;既可以是疏松的,也可以是压实的,即使废纸料表面原来涂有蜡质、塑料,金属箔等,或涂层上、下印有字迹花纹,也可作原料用。
丹麦专利说明书127258描述专用于卫生品的软纤维状木制纸料衬垫的制法。此法是向湿纤维素纸浆中加入规定的表面活性剂,然后压榨、干燥、制成片状。
这一已知方法是在木浆阶段用表面活性剂处理纤维物料,主要是使制成的纸板在随后磨浆,制成卫生品时,使纤维能松散结合。
在本发明的方法中,废纸料不必经过湿纸浆法而直接加工。在磨浆或临近磨浆时加入表面活性剂,以恢复纤维的吸液能力。
由于工业化国家的废纸数量的增加,出于经济和环境的原因,人们需要用这些废料来制造新产品。事实上,目前的废纸是在大量重复使用。
但是并非所有废纸都能够同样不费力地重复使用。有一种废纸,因为牵涉到复杂性和费用问题,至今被认为不太适合于重复使用。这种废纸来自带涂层的食品包装的生产。这类包装往往涂有蜡质、塑料、金属箔等物而又具有湿强度。就是说这类废纸很难分解,很难加工成其它纸品。
美国专利说明书2394273说明为了重复使用而使湿强纸分解的方法。把这种原来浸有树脂的废纸料先做成酸性(PH<5)的0.6%的悬浮液,再加热至约37~100℃使之溶解,然后进行机械解磨。
美国专利说明书2488515描述加工废蜡纸的方法。把废蜡纸悬浮在水中,加热到足够使蜡熔融的温度。粘在纤维上的蜡质,靠加入阳离子表面活性剂(从氨基酰胺类及其盐中选用)而脱落。熔融蜡质所需的温度一般为50~70℃。
美国专利说明书3425897描述一种深度加工法。把湿强纸废料的碱性悬浮液先加压蒸煮达5小时,然后在较温和的条件下进一步加碱处理,使废纸料分解与溶解。
从上述这些以纤维再生为目的的湿法纸废料的分解方法看,在把这类废纸当作原料直接生产其它纸品这一点上尚未搞清楚。不难看出已知方法通常需要长时间加热纸的悬浮液,而由于悬浮液是高度稀薄的,所以消耗能量很大。而且这些已知方法主要只是靠化学处理来转化纸纤维。而本发明中的磨浆法基本上是机械法。
更具体地说,本发明已经出人意外地发现以温强纸和/或涂料纸废料,包括来自牛奶纸箱包装的切屑料为主要成分,不必加热,用干法直接制造吸液衬垫,当用于象尿布之类的软保健品和卫生品。此法先把废料切成适当尺寸,然后经过计量(容积计量),传到特殊的磨浆部分,磨浆可在锤磨机,精制机或其它适当的机械装置中进行。
在磨浆或临近磨浆时,向废纸料中加入表面活性剂(最好是阴离子型的)与水的混合物,以便恢复纤维的吸液能力。
表面活性剂和水的用量不超过废纸料和液体总容积的20%。这一液体的加入对恢复纤维的吸液能力来说是决定性的。用此法制得的产品具有极好的吸液能量;不加表面活性剂与水的产品,确实不能吸收液体。
表面活性剂的用量占表面活性剂与水混合物总容积的0.1~20%,在生产保健品时,最好采用最高达10%(按容积)的表面活性剂。
磨浆完成后,用已知的方法加工成产品,为各类用户提供吸液产品,象尿布、褥垫、绷带、月经带、(大小便)失禁用的各种衬垫、妇女儿童衬裤用吸液垫布、护理衬垫及其它具有极好吸液能力的吸液产品。压实或疏松的磨浆品也可加工成球状或卷状,作为以后制造保健品和卫生品等吸液产品时的原料。制造方法是已知的。
表面活性剂可以是阴离子型的,包括荷兰Cyanamid B.V.产的Aerosol

OT 75(75%的二辛基磺基丁二酸钠溶液)或瑞碘Berol Kemi产的Tensid 7478[2-乙基己醇(钠盐)为基本组分的磺基丁二酸双酯型阴离子表面活性剂]。也可采用其它表面活性剂,包括非离子型和阳离子型的。阳离子表面活性剂中值得提出的是瑞典Berol Kemi产的Berocell

本发明可用下列操作实施例加以更充分的说明。
实施例
原料来自牛奶纸箱包装生产的切屑料,切屑的尺寸为宽1-30cm,长10-30cm。原料予先切割成比较均匀的碎片,再送进贮仓。原料从贮仓经过粗计量(螺杆)和精计量(真空平台上的电刷辊)传到磨浆部分,磨浆是在Sunds盘式精制机中进行的。
同时原料跟表面活性剂(Aerosol

OT 75)与水的混合物掺混。在此混合物中表面活性剂的浓度为1.35%(按容积)。解磨的纤维传到尿布机,加工成纤维垫层,然后用已知的方法进行纤维包装。
上述生产是连续的,每分钟原料的正常用量介于10公斤和14公斤之间。
制成的产品为重44克的正方形尿布,总吸液能力为260克液体。略去产品中相当于12-15%的惰性原料不计,其吸液能力(克/克),与市场上可买到的相应产品相比,大体处于同一水平。

Claims (7)

1、制备软保健品和卫生品专用的吸液衬垫的方法,该方法以纤维素纸浆为主要成分,经过干法磨浆,按已知方法制成所需产品,其特征在于采用湿强纸和/或涂料纸的废料来作纤维素纸浆,磨浆前将废纸料切成适当尺寸,在磨浆或临近磨浆时,向切屑中加入最多为25%(按容积,以废纸料为基准)的表面活性剂与水的混合物,以便恢复纤维的吸液能力。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为把磨浆后的材料加工成尿布、褥垫、月经带、(大小便)失禁用衬垫、妇女儿童衬裤用吸液垫布、护理衬垫及类似保健品。
3、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为磨浆后的材料加工成卷状、片状、球状、块状等,作为以后用已知的方法制成软保健品时的原料。
4、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为当作纤维素纸浆的废纸料来自牛奶纸箱包装和冷藏包装或一次应用餐具等的食品包装的生产。
5、根据权利要求4的方法,其特征在于废纸料呈疏松或压实的带状、切屑状、片状、卷状、球状等形式。
6、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于表面活性剂的浓度为0.1~20%(按容积,以表面活性剂和水的混合物为基准)。
7、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于表面活性剂的浓度可高达10%(按容积)特别是0.1~5%(按容积,以表面活性剂和水的混合物为基准)。
