Abstract

本发明属生活日用品。一种铝合金拉锁着色工艺,采用硫酸高速阳极氧化法,短时间内在拉锁表面形成氧化膜,经水洗和碱中和除去氧化后残留的酸溶液,然后用有机染料进行着色制成各种色泽的铝合金拉锁,用在服装、箱、包、鞋等日用品上时可提高装饰效果。

Description

本发明属于生活用品。
目前现有的铝合金拉锁着色是采用一般的硫酸阳极氧化法,氧化处理后用无机染料着金黄色,用于服装、箱、包、鞋等日用品上,其缺点在于短时间内形成的氧化膜薄,不易着多种颜色,装饰效果差。本发明的特点在于不增添设备的情况下采用硫酸高速阳极氧化法,短时间内在拉锁咪牙表面形成较厚氧化膜,经水洗和碱中和后用有机染料进行着色然后通过封闭和干燥得到着色的拉锁,根据选用染料颜色的不同可获得多种色泽的铝合金拉锁。
本发明提出的铝合金拉锁着色工艺程序如图所示。将净化过的拉锁通过硫酸溶液进行氧化处理。由于本发明采用的是高速阳极氧化法其氧化溶液浓度、处理温度、电流密度都与一般阳极氧化法不同,氧化溶液中硫酸含量240~320克/升,氧化温度为20~35℃,氧化时间为6~20分钟,即可形成厚度为8~20微米氧化膜。氧化成膜后的拉锁带有大量酸溶液,故而在着色前要进行水洗和碱中和以降低含酸量保证带筋强度和着色质量,本发明采用碳酸钠碱溶液或氨水进行中和处理,碱溶液中碳酸钠含量为5~30克/升,氨水浓度0.5~5%,中和后用有机染料着色,染料浓度为0.1~20克/升,着色时间0.5~5分钟,着色后的拉锁须用常规方法进行封闭和干燥。采用本发明着色工艺不需要增添特殊设备,工艺简便。可制成不同色泽的拉锁。若与塑料拉锁相比其***格低廉,物理性能好,所达装饰效果相同。

Claims (4)

1、一种铝合金拉锁着色工艺,其特征在于采用硫酸高速阳极氧化法形成氧化膜后,通过水洗和碱中和再进行着色。
2、根据权利要求1.,其特征在于氧化溶液中硫酸含量为240~320克/升,氧化温度为20~35℃,氧化时间为6~20分钟。
3、根据权利要求1.和2.,其特征在于使用碳酸钠碱溶液或氨水中和拉锁氧化后带有的酸溶液,碱溶液中碳酸钠含量为5~30克/升,氨水浓度为0.5~5%。
4、根据权利要求1.,其特征在于使用有机染料着色,染料溶液浓度为0.1~20克/升,着色时间为1~5分钟。
