Abstract

本发明属于压铸铝合金,是在美国SC84A-B压铸铝合金的基础上,采用了微合金化或复合微合金化的技术措施而研制成功的。本发明合金在下列几个方面比美国SC84A-B合金有了明显的改进:①铸造性②切削加工性能③组织细化程度④机械性能。本发明合金适用制造各类压铸件,尤其适用于需承受高强度高水压或气压的铸件。

Description

本发明属于铸造铝合金材料。
汽车、摩托车上的小型零件、打字机和电子计算机的零件等等小型轻量零件,要求大量生产时则采用铸造铝合金压铸件。Al-Si类合金的流动性好、收缩小、没有热裂倾向,最适合于压铸用。为了提高压铸件的强度,常在Al-Si合金中加入Cu成为Al-Si-Cu压铸合金,另外压铸也常采用强度高的Al-Cu系合金。一般而言,形状复杂的小的薄壁压铸件而又要求较高机械性能时,往往选用Al-Si-Cu系压铸合金,下列两个牌号就是较为典型的高强度压铸Al-Si-Cu系压铸铝合金:
美国的SC84A-B其主要成分为:Si7.5%~9.5%,Cu3.0%~4.0%,Mn0.5%,Zn2.9%~3.0%,Fe1.0%~2.0%,Mg在0.1%以下,其余为Al。
美国的SC114A其主要成分为:Si10.5%~12.0%,Cu3.0%~4.5%,Mn0.5%,Fe1.0%~1.3%,Zn2.9%~3.0%,Mg在0.1%以下,其余为Al。
SC84A-B的含硅量是属亚共晶Al-Si合金范围,它的铸造性能好,压铸件具有较高的强度和较好的延伸率,一般σb达33kg/mm2,δ达到3.5%。但是如果压铸件重量很小,压铸时铝合金液需要在熔化温度保持2~3小时甚至更长时间,由于该合金液有一定的吸气倾向,则保温期间每隔1~2小时必须进行一次除气处理,否则,即使是压铸件气密性仍较差。另外由于保温期间铝液表面常被破坏引起氧化,形成较多的氧化膜,给压铸件性能带来不利的影响。再者,由于压铸时一般不进行组织细化处理,虽然合金在压力下结晶,晶粒已较细小,但仍有进一步细化组织从而进一步提高机械性能的潜力和必要性。
本发明便是为了充分发扬现有压铸合金的优点,克服其缺点,挖掘合金的潜力,把铸造性能和机械性能进一步提高而研制成功的。本发明是在SC84A-B合金的基础之上采用碲和碲加钛复合微合金化的技术措施,研制出了机械性能指标大大超过SC84A-B合金的新型压铸合金。
本发明的要点是在SC84A-B合金的基础上,添加0.001%~0.200%的碲或同时添加0.001%~0.200%的碲和0.1%~0.2%的钛。其化学成分的范围可控制在:
ZLAlSi9Cu4Zn3MnTe(Fe):Si7.5%~9.5%,Cu3.0%~4.0%,Zn2.9%3.0%,Mn0.5%,Te0.001%~0.200%,Fe1.0%~2.0%,其余为Al;杂质元素Mg控制在0.1%以下。
ZLAlSi9Cu4Zn3MnTe(Fe):Si7.5%~9.5%,Cu3.0%~4.0%,Zn2.9%~3.0%,Mn0.5%,Te0.001%~0.200%,Ti0.1%~0.2%,Fe1.0%~2.0%,其余为Al;杂质元素控制在0.1%以下。
将本发明合金液压铸成机械性能试棒,不经机械加工,测定其机械性能,并与相应牌号比较,本发明合金的机械性能比SC84A-B合金有了显著的提高,压铸单体试棒的σb提高15%左右,延伸率δ提高了20%~30%以上。
本发明合金还具备这样一些特点(与SC84A-B相比):铸造性能好,主要是合金液吸气倾向小,铝液使用到8小时无需进行中间脱气处理;压铸件针孔度小、致密性好,尤其适用于压铸承受较大水压、气压的铸件;合金的切削加工性能进一步改善;合金的组织进一步得到细化,所以综合表现为机械性能有了显著提高。
本发明合金适用于压铸各类压铸件,尤其适用于需承受高强度、高水压或气压的铸件。

Claims (1)

1、压铸铝合金,其化学成分中含有7.5%~9.5%的硅,3.0%~4.0%的铜,2.9%~3.0%的锌,0.5%的锰,1.0%~2.0%的铁,本发明的特征是在该合金中添加0.001%~0.200%的碲或同时添加0.001%~0.200%的碲和0.1%~0.2%的钛,作为合金化元素。
