本实用新型为可踩踏的LED显示屏,涉及装在支架上的信息指示装置领域,其发光体为半导体光源,目前为适应水平安装的应用方式,必须对垂直应用方式的显示屏结构进行改进,能适应水平应用的技术要点是,显示屏支架由显示单元下方水平安装的支架基座和各个均匀分布垂直安装在基座上的支撑柱组成,支撑柱在LED管间的空隙中穿过显示单元的电路板,支撑柱顶端稍高于LED管,在支撑柱的顶部装有显示屏面罩,本实用新型具有面罩无缝拼接,画面完整,结构轻巧,施工方便,显示屏显示视角不受限制的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及在支架上建立信息指示装置领域,尤其是涉及发光体为半导体光源的领域。
背景技术
LED显示屏以垂直安装方式应用为主,在垂直的钢结构支架上固定LED显示单元,在LED显示单元的外侧装有透明的面罩。目前对LED显示屏提出了水平安装的应用方式,在显示屏表面要具有承受踩踏的作用,如在舞台的台面上水平安装LED显示屏。安装时将垂直方式应用的LED显示屏直接放平在龙骨架上即可,但是存在着以下问题(1)因为是框架结构,面罩是架设在框架上的,无法实现无缝拼接,每块面罩四周存在着不透明框架,在视觉效应上产生了众多的黑格或黑点,严重影响了画面的完整性。(2)因为面罩要承受较大的踩踏的力量。就要采用较厚的钢化玻璃板,并需安装粗大的支撑部件,使LED显示表面与踩踏表面之间存在较大的距离,影响了LED显示视角,使观众能清晰观看到LED画面的距离缩小,影响了LED显示屏的使用功能。(3)本结构比较笨重,安装不方便,成本高。为了提高LED显示屏水平应用的性能,方便施工,降低成本,需要对垂直应用的结构进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的为提供一种适于水平应用的,施工方便的,成本较低的可踩踏的LED显示屏。
实现上述目的的技术案如下:
可踩踏的LED显示屏具有LED显示单元,显示屏支架,在显示单元上方装有面罩,显示屏支架是由在显示单元下方水平安装的支架基座和多个均匀分布垂直装在基座上的支撑柱组成,支撑柱在LED管间的空隙中穿过显示单元的电路板,支撑柱顶端稍高于LED灯,在支撑柱的顶部装有所述的面罩。显示屏支架基座安置在龙骨支架上。面罩采用聚碳酸酯制成。
本技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)因为面罩直接架设在LED管间空隙中的支撑柱上,面罩受多个支撑柱支撑,每块面罩板之间无框架,画面完整,无缝拼接。
(2)因面罩支撑点比较密集,面罩比较薄,LED显示表面与踩踏面之间距离较小,缩小了对LED显示视角的影响。
(3)结构轻巧,施工方便。

具体实施方式
现结合下列的具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步说明。
图2和图3显示了本实用新型的一种实施例。LED显示单元4是由多种颜色的LED管9和电路板10组成,显示屏支架具有铝金基座6,在基座上固定有均匀分布的支撑柱8,均匀分布在LED管空隙间,支撑柱直径为3mm,高度为12mm,高出LED管1-2mm,各支撑柱之间纵向和横向距离为35-40mm,在支撑柱顶部装有面罩5,面罩由机械强度较高的聚碳酸酯板制成,厚度为1.5mm,铝合金基座架设在龙骨支架7上,龙骨支架由铝合金型材制成。

Claims (3)

1.可踩踏的LED显示屏,具有LED显示单元,显示屏支架,在显示单元上方装有面罩,其特征为显示屏支架是由显示单元下方水平安装的支架基座和多个均匀分布垂直装在基座上的支撑柱组成,支撑柱在LED管间的空隙中穿过显示单元的电路板,支撑柱顶端稍高于LED管,在支撑柱的顶部装有所述的面罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可踩踏的LED显示屏,其特征为支架基座安置在龙骨支架上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可踩踏的LED显示屏,其特征为面罩是用聚碳酸酯制成。
