Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种内有图案的眼镜板料，用于眼镜架材，它公开了一种眼镜用的板料，包括上、中、下层，下层为实色的热塑性塑料片材，上层为透明热塑性的塑料片材，在上、下层片材之一的内表面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层。本实用新型在使用中图案及色彩不会受到外界因素的影响，构造简单，成本低且生产周期短，图案可以是平面或立体。

本实用新型涉及眼镜用板料。
背景技术
眼镜的面市已有相当长的历史时期，为了丰富眼镜文化，制造商们通过不断努力，设计了众多的眼镜款式以满足人们的需要及喜好。眼镜可以克服人们视力的缺陷或遮挡有害的太阳紫外光，成为人们日常生活中必不可少的用品，同时眼镜戴在脸上，必须美观，所以通过美化设计的眼镜成为一种带有装饰性的用品。在美化设计中除了款式精细的要求以外，对色彩，图案也有了研究，比如眼镜架的全材料的颜色选择，眼镜腿加工上图案，总之是为了适合人们喜爱。在眼镜腿上加工上图案，一般是在眼镜腿面上印上图案，尔后再涂上一层保护层的胶层，由于使用中不断的磨擦，保护层会慢慢消失，图案也会被磨掉，为此又有新的设计方案上市，即是在一块塑料板材上涂上胶层，尔后用丝印工艺印上图案，再在其上涂上胶层，与第二块塑料板材粘贴，或者热压而固定在一起，这样因图案在两层塑料板材之间，不会受到使用中磨擦的影响。但这种工艺及构造复杂，制造时间长，不同款式也需要做丝印网，造成劳动生产力低下，成本居高不下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内有图案的眼镜板料，使用中图案及色彩不会受到外界因素的影响，构造简单，成本低且生产周期短，图案可以是平面或立体。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是，有一眼镜用的板材，包括上、中、下层，下层为实色的热塑性塑料片材，上层为透明热塑性的塑料片材，在上、下层片材之一的内表面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层。
以上所述实色片材为带色的不透明片材。
本实用新型在上层片材底面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层，或者是下层片材上表面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层。
所用的转印方法可以是热转印、水转印及气染转印等。
以往的眼镜片材要先在塑料片材上涂一层胶粘剂，再用丝网印刷上图案，等图案固结上且干后，再涂一层胶粘剂，尔后将另块塑料片材贴上去，或加压，或加热的使其固定，工艺繁复，生产周期长，导致产品构造也复杂，而不同的图案要做不同的丝印网，需要长时间才可确认丝印网的图案及板料的效果，造成生产周期长。本实用新型只要将用转印方法出来的图案在一定温度下转印到透明热塑性塑料片材上后，再将实色热塑性塑料片材叠上后加热压即固定，工艺简单，生产周期短，产品构造简单，转印图案亦可以先印在实色的下层板料，之后才将透明的上层热压在其上。
本实用新型的优点是使用中的图案及色彩不会受到外界因素的影响，构造简单，成本低且生产周期短，图案可以是平面或立体。

具体实施方式
根据图1、2所示，本实用新型有一眼镜用的板料，包括上、中、下层，下层3为带色的不透明热塑性塑料片材，上层1为透明热塑性的塑料片材，在上层片材底面固定有热转印图案的中层2。

1、一种内有图案的眼镜板料，其特征是有一眼镜用的板料，包括上、中、下层，下层为实色的热塑性塑料片材，上层为透明热塑性的塑料片材，在上、下层片材之一的内表面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种内有图案的眼镜板料，其特征是实色片材为带色的不透明片材。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种内有图案的眼镜板料，其特征是在上层片材底面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层，或者是下层片材上表面固定有用转印方法出来的图案的中层。
