【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤指一种用于在硬盘与电路板之间达成信号传输的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
图1所示为一种现有电连接器组件100′用于与电路板3′之间达成信号传输,其包括托架1′、硬盘2′、电连接器4′、托架1′与硬盘2′的大小相近,其包括本体10′、垂直于本体10′延伸设置的两侧壁11′,其中两侧壁11′设有凹槽12′以及一端固接于侧壁11′的弹片14′且弹片14′部分收容于凹槽12′,这样由本体10′和两侧壁11′包围形成收容硬盘2′的三面包覆的收容空间。
组装时,可先将弹片14′卡持于托架1′两侧壁11′的凹槽12′中,接着将电连接器4′连接至托架1′上,再将电路板3′连接至托架1′的一端,然后将硬盘2′从托架1′的另一端沿侧壁11′***与电连接器4′对接,从而实现硬盘2′与电路板4′的电性连接。
然而,由于在硬盘2′与电连接器4′插接过程中的导引件即托架1′和电连接器3′设置为两个相互独立的构件,导致该电连接器组件的制造工序复杂,成本较高。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器组件,以克服上述电连接器组件的缺陷。
【发明内容】
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单且制造成本较低的电连接器组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种用于在硬盘与电路板之间达成信号传输的电连接器组件,其包括与硬盘电性连接的电连接器。该电连接器设有绝缘本体、引导硬盘与电连接器插接的导引件,以及容置于绝缘本体的导电端子,其中,导引件与绝缘本体为一体设置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:导引件与电连接器的绝缘本体为一体设置,即导引件为电连接器的一部分,并非是一个单独的构件,从而使本实用新型的电连接器组件的构件较少,结构简单,制造成本较低。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2至图5所示,图2所示为一种用于在硬盘2与电路板(未图示)之间达成信号传输的电连接器组件1,其包括:连接硬盘2与电路板的电连接器3。
硬盘2呈矩形结构,在其与电连接器3配合的一端设有插接部20,用以与电连接器3相导接。
电连接器3具有一长方形的轮廓,其包括绝缘本体31、收容于绝缘本体31的导电端子32、定位绝缘本体31于电路板的锁固件33,以及与绝缘本体31设置为一体的导引件34,其自绝缘本体31纵向两端延伸。
请参阅图3,绝缘本体31沿如图所示的X方向纵向延伸,其宽度方向为Y向。绝缘本体31在Y向上的一端设置为与硬盘2连接的***端311,另一端设置为与电路板连接的焊接端312,自***端311向焊接端312开设若干端子收容槽314,导电端子32沿X向依次排列容置于各对应收容槽314内。绝缘本体31纵向两端分别设置定位柱315,定位柱315靠近绝缘本体焊接端312的尾部设置定位槽316,该定位槽316容置定位绝缘本体31于电路板的锁固件33即如图2所示的螺母。
自两定位槽316***分别沿X向延伸设置与绝缘本体31相连的第一连接部341和第二连接部342,自两连接部(341,342)末端沿Y向并向着硬盘一方延伸设置有容置硬盘2的容纳部343。容纳部343、第一连接部341和第二连接部342形成导引件34,其为框架结构。容纳部343的尺寸与硬盘2的***尺寸大致相当。容纳部343设有一底板3431、与底板3434平行相对的顶板3432,以及于底板3431X向两末端垂直于底板3431的两侧壁3433。底板3431在X向上连续设置,在Y向上与绝缘本体31之间设有较大间隔。顶板3432在X向上中间断开,使其未覆盖到绝缘本体31之上。底板3434、顶板3432及侧壁3433之间形成位于容纳部343两端的导引槽3430。导引槽3430靠近绝缘本体31的末端分别与第一连接部341和第二连接部342相连接。
组装时,先将容置于绝缘本体31的各导电端子32焊接至电路板上,卡设于绝缘本体31定位槽316的螺母33与对应设置于电路板上的螺钉相配合,从而使电连接器3定位于电路板上。然后硬盘2沿Y向并向着导引件34容纳部343的方向移动,当硬盘2接触到导引件34时,容纳部343的底板3431、侧壁3433和顶板3432分别与硬盘2的相应平面相贴合,硬盘2在导引槽3430的引导下沿侧壁3433移动至绝缘本体31与电连接器3插接,容置于绝缘本体31的导电端子32和硬盘2对接部20的相应端子相导接,绝缘本体31的两定位柱315***到对接部20相应的凹槽内,从而使电连接器3与硬盘2相互定位,至此通过电连接器3完成硬盘2与电路板的电性连接。在此插接过程中,硬盘2在导引件34的引导下与电连接器3稳定可靠对接,避免硬盘2在移动过程中由于其位置偏斜导致与电连接器3之间的电性连接的可靠性受到破坏。
本实用新型之电连接器组件1,引导硬盘2与电连接器3准确对接的导引件34设置为电连接器3的一部分,其与电连接器3的绝缘本体31一体设置,在制造过程中,导引件34与绝缘本体31同时注射成型,相对于导引件34和电连接器3分离设置的电连接器组件,本实用新型的电连接器组件1的构件较少,结构简单,并降低了制造成本。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于在硬盘与电路板之间达成信号传输的电连接器组件,其包括与硬盘电性连接的电连接器,该电连接器设有绝缘本体、引导硬盘与电连接器插接的导引件,以及容置于绝缘本体的导电端子,其特征在于:导引件与绝缘本体为一体设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:导引件为框架结构,其自绝缘本体的纵向两端延伸设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:导引件设有容置硬盘的容纳部,以及与绝缘本体两端相连的第一连接部和第二连接部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:容纳部纵向两端设置引导硬盘与电连接器插接的导引槽。
5.如权利要求1或3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:电连接器还设有定位电连接器于电路板的锁固件。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述锁固件为螺母。
