本实用新型发动机传动箱属于发动机领域,特别是涉及一种应用于两轮摩托车、三轮摩托车、四轮机动车辆的传动箱***。
背景技术
在两轮踏板车领域中,整车的后轮是直接连在发动机传动箱输出轴上的,由于要适用不同路况和车速,需要使用不同的轮径的车轮,通常采用在小轮径车轮后传动箱结构基础上,加长曲轴箱体总长度来适应大轮径车轮的位置安装,但由此带来的曲轴箱体重新设计开模、CVT传动***中心距变大,需要重新匹配CVT***,更换传动皮带等,因此带来了设计变更和成本增加。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,针对整车后轮采用不同轮径车轮的要求,提出一种适用不同轮径车轮的发动机传动箱,结构简单、构思巧妙,避免了曲轴箱体的重新开模和CVT传动***改动。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,传动箱盖与曲轴箱预留两种状态的位置孔,在传动箱盖上设置有大轮子输出轴孔加工位置和小轮子输出轴孔加工位置,使用不同车轮状态时加工相应的孔。不需要改动曲轴箱结构和输入轴位置,仅改变传动箱盖输出轴孔加工位置,就能实现大、小轮子应用,改变输出轴位置后。
本实用新型结构简单,不同轮径车轮均不会与曲轴箱干涉,不同轮径车轮支撑地面时保持发动机与地面相对位置不变,结构简单、构思巧妙,避免了曲轴箱体的重新开模和CVT传动***改变,从而大大减少了设计投入和设计风险。

如附图1所示,本实用新型曲轴箱1与传动箱盖2连接,在曲轴箱、传动箱盖2上预留两种状态位置孔,在传动箱盖上设置有小轮子输出轴孔,通过输出轴3与小轮子4连接,传动箱盖安装在曲轴箱上,输出齿轮安装在输出轴上,输出轴安装在传动箱盖上,减速齿轮安装在曲轴箱和传动箱盖上,输入轴安装在曲轴箱上,小轮子安装在输出轴上。
如附图2所示,本实用新型曲轴箱1与传动箱盖2连接,在曲轴箱、传动箱盖2上预留两种状态位置孔,在传动箱盖上设置有大轮子输出轴孔,通过输出轴3与大轮子5连接,传动箱盖安装在曲轴箱上,输出齿轮安装在输出轴上,输出轴安装在传动箱盖上,减速齿轮安装在曲轴箱和传动箱盖上,输入轴安装在曲轴箱上,大轮子安装在输出轴上,尼龙齿轮安装在曲轴箱和传动箱盖上,由于输出齿轮位置增高,需要尼龙齿轮在输入轴驱动下溅起油底池中的齿轮油润滑。
