背景技术
现有的轿车轮毂驱动总成都是采用传统的滚子国承或球轴承在轮毂上进行装配,这种结构在汽车装配时进行调整游隙、预紧、添加润滑脂等,质量靠装配过程中诸多人为因素控制,装配难度大;ABS传感器安装在轮毂上,测量精度靠调整螺栓调节,安装复杂助理可靠性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种能解决问题的轮毂驱动总成。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种轿车轮毂驱动总成,包括外法兰盘和内法兰盘,其特征是:外法兰盘的内表面与内法盘的外表面之间设有内圈和尼龙架固定的双列钢球,在双列钢球之间装有齿轮圈,在外法兰盘上装有与齿轮圈相对应的ABS传感器。
本实用新型技术解决方案中所述的外法兰盘的内表面两端装有橡胶密封圈。
本实用新型技术解决方案中所述的双列钢球,为滚柱或滚锥。
本实用新型由于采用了把与轴承相配合的零件既轮毂、ABS传感器与轴承套圈制成整体化的型式。内法兰盘兼有轮毂的作用,同时与外法兰盘一起兼有轴承套圈的作用,因此简化了轴承设计与安装,并可以减小重量和外形尺寸,不用再调整轴承组装间隙。同时,由于ABS传感器在相应的插头结构中能整套直接固定在外法兰盘上,且与固定在内法兰盘上齿轮圈形成了封闭的防控体系,也使空间结构减小。本实用新型相对现有技术具有结构紧凑、降低成本、运行精确可靠的特点,主要用于汽车特别是轿车的轮毂驱动总成。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,这种带ABS传感器的轮毂承轴承单元,内法兰盘(5)上套装有内圈(6),内圈(6)的外圆面上设有与钢球相配合的外圈沟道,该外圈沟道截面与钢球体相配合的圆弧面;在外齿轮圈(1)的内圆面上设有内圈沟道,该内圈沟道截面与钢球体相配合的圆弧面;在法兰盘(5)的外圆面上设有与钢球相配合的外圈沟道,沟道截面为钢球体相配合的圆弧面,齿轮圈(2)套装内法兰盘(5)上、外齿轮圈(1)套装在内法兰盘(5)和内圈(6)上、滚钢球(3)套在尼龙保持架(8)内,尼龙保持架(8)和滚钢球(3)分别装在外齿轮圈(1)与内圈(6)和外齿轮圈(1)与内法兰盘(5)之间的沟道内。磁钢齿轮圈(2)套装在内法兰盘(5)的轴向中间部位上,外齿轮圈(1)的中间部位中设有孔,市售ABS传感器(7)装在孔内,一橡胶密封组件(4)分别装在内圈(6)和外齿轮圈(1)一端头内的沟道内、另一橡胶密封组件(9)装在内法兰盘(5)和外齿轮圈(1)一端的沟道内;法兰盘(5)一端设有呈“八”字形外唇,外唇可有效防止轴承润滑油外泄,及外侧高唇可外面的尘水等杂物。法兰盘(5)的另一端设有圆盘,圆盘上设有孔,螺栓(10)装在孔内。
有了ABS***,在一定程度上可以避免司机紧急刹车时的恐慌。同时,ABS还能改善轮胎的磨耗状况。因为踩刹车时,轮胎若抱死打滑,会造成轮胎磨损;而在ABS***控制下,由于轮胎不会抱死,因此轮胎磨损减轻,并且磨损均匀,提高了轮胎的使用寿命。

1、一种轿车轮毂驱动总成,包括外法兰盘(1)和内法兰盘(5)、内圈(6)、齿轮圈(2)、钢球(3),橡胶密封圈(4、9),其特征是:外法兰盘(1)的内表面与内法兰盘(5)的外表面之间设有内圈(6)、尼龙架(8)、双列钢球(3),在双列钢球(3)之间装有齿轮圈(2),在外法兰盘(1)上装有与齿轮圈(2)相对应的ABS传感器(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种轿车轮毂驱动总成,其特征是:外法兰盘(1)的内表面两端装有橡胶密封圈(4、9)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种轿车轮毂驱动总成,其特征是:双列钢球(3)为滚柱或滚锥。
