Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种香烟包装物,由外层的密封玻璃纸和内层的纸质包装外壳构成。所述的包装外壳上,按小烟包的宽度依序设置1至4条环绕一周的切口线,切口线由若干个Y形切口组成,Y形切口呈等间隔垂直排列;切口线的首尾与Y形切口的首尾相对应,切口线的起始点位于条包装正面上缘线与Y形切口的相交点;玻璃纸上的拉线与切口线亦一一对应设置。本实用新型保留了现有条包装的材质、规格、性能,最大程度地保持了包装外壳的平整与挺括,在抽取小包装香烟、尤其是第二包以后的小包装香烟时方便快捷。本实用新型不增加成本,设备不需改动即可实现,Y形模切刀制作简单,技术转化极其容易。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及香烟包装技术领域,是一种纸质的香烟条包装,尤其是上面设置了由间隔的Y形切口组成的切口线,沿切口线撕开即可方便地取出小烟包的香烟条包装盒。
背景技术
长期以来,香烟条包装绝大多数采用5×2的硬条包装盒,并在纸质包装外壳套封一层玻璃纸,于玻璃纸上开有一条切印拉线,以便开封,如图1所示。剔除玻璃纸后,条包装有两种打开方式:一种从上盖打开,如图2所示;另一种从侧面打开,如图3所示。从上盖打开虽便于取烟,但开盖后对小烟包失去约束作用,所以这种包装方式已较少采用;目前,香烟条包装大多采用从侧面打开,可以一直对小烟包实施约束,保持条包的紧凑完整。侧面开启的香烟条包装,取出第一、第二包烟时也比较容易,但从第三包烟开始,取烟却极其困难。中国专利ZL2004200484995公开了一种设有多排撕口线的香烟条包装,解决了从条包装里取烟不便的问题,但该方案的撕口线采用双模切线,对包装外壳的挺度影响较大,对模切刀的工艺要求也较高。既容易地从香烟条包装中取出小烟包,又最大程度地保证包装外壳的挺度,工艺简单易行,正是本实用新型的目的所在。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种在香烟条包装外壳上设有由间隔的Y形切口组成的切口线,沿切口线撕开即可方便地取出小烟包,取出小烟包后,依然能够保持包装相对完整的香烟条包装盒,且切口线对香烟条包装外壳的挺度影响较小,工艺简单易行。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的内容是提供一种设有切口线的长方体香烟条包装盒,为5×2的硬条包装方式,由内层的包装外壳和外层的密封玻璃纸构成。包装外壳由模切后的纸板折压包裹而成,分为顶、底、正、背、左侧、右侧共六个面,其中顶面末端有一个延长段,延长段沿折线内弯90°后帖服于正面内侧。在延长段与正面之间施胶粘结,上述折线与正面的上缘线重合。在包装外壳上,相对于小烟包的宽度,设置1至4条环绕的切口线。切口线由等间隔的Y形切口垂直排列组成,切口线的首尾与Y形切口的首尾相对应。将切口设计成Y形并与切口线首尾对应,目的是对包装外壳施以剪切力时,使其沿着Y形切口自上而下断裂;而当断裂至“Y”形主干的最底端时,由于切口结束会使断裂方向产生偏移;“Y”形枝杈的作用是纠正上述偏移,并将断裂方向通过“Y”形的主干延续下去。
所述的香烟条包装,其切口线的起始位置位于包装外壳的正面上缘线,沿正面——底面——背面——顶面——延长段环绕,终止于延长段端线,便于消费者按通常的习惯动作撕掉空的外壳。
所述的香烟条包装,其切口线与正面上缘线的相交点,亦即切口线的起始点,可以是Y形切口的主干部分,也可以是枝杈部分,但不应是Y形切口之间的纸质间隔部分,以便于消费者在撕掉空的外壳时轻松地找到起始点。如果切口线的起始点为Y形切口的枝杈部分,则在包装外壳正面的上缘线会产生倒三角形缺口。
所述的香烟条包装,其切口线与拉线一一对应设置。
所述的香烟条包装,Y形切口的线形可以是直线,也可以是曲线,或者是直线与曲线的复合,且Y形切口的枝杈之间的夹角最大值为180°,此时切口呈T形。
本实用新型保留了原有条包装的材质、规格、性能,最大程度地保持了包装外壳的平整与挺括,在抽取小包装香烟、尤其是第二包以后的小包装香烟时方便快捷。本实用新型不增加成本,设备不需改动即可实现,Y形模切刀制作简单,技术转化极其容易。

具体实施方式
参见图4,为本实用新型设有Y形切口线的香烟条包装盒示意图,为5×2的硬条包装方式。包装外壳为纸板材质,经模切、折压、包裹、粘接而成为长方体结构,分为顶、底、正、背、左、右共六个面,其中顶面末端有一个延长段[1],延长段沿折线[2.1]内弯90°后帖服于正面内侧,在延长段[1]与正面之间施胶粘结。上述折线[2.1]与正面的上缘线[3]重合,成为长方体条包装盒正面的上棱线。在包装外壳上,相对于小烟包的宽度,设置1至4条环绕的切口线[4]。切口线[4]的起始位置位于包装外壳正面的上缘线[3],沿正面——底面——背面——顶面——延长段环绕,终止于延长段[1]的端线。当在上缘线[3]上沿切口线[4]施以剪切力时,包装外壳会断裂成两部分,撕掉空的外壳后,可以方便地从条包装里取出小烟包。
参见图5,为本实用新型的包装外壳模切展开示意图。图中所示的包装外壳上,顶端即为条包装正面的上缘线[3],底端即为条包装顶面延长段[1]的端线。包装外壳上模压了若干条折线[2],其中折线[2.1]为延长段[1]与条包装盒顶面之间的折线。在包装外壳上,相对于小烟包的宽度,模切了1至4条切口线[4]。切口线[4]由若干个Y形切口垂直排列而成,Y形切口均呈等间隔垂直分布。切口线[4]的首尾与Y形切口的首尾相对应,切口线[4]的起始端位于包装外壳顶端的上缘线[3]上。将切口设计成Y形并与切口线首尾对应,目的是对包装外壳施以剪切力时,使其沿着Y形切口自上而下断裂;而当断裂至“Y”形主干的最底端时,由于切口结束会使断裂方向产生偏移;“Y”形枝杈的作用是纠正上述偏移,并将断裂方向通过“Y”形的主干延续下去,从而得以完整地撕掉空的包装外壳。
参见图6、图7,分别是图5中A和B的局部放大图。为便于消费者在撕掉空的条包装外壳时轻松地找到起始点,Y形切口必须与条包装盒正面上缘线[3]相交。如果是Y形切口的主干部分与上缘线[3]相交,则在相交点形成垂直切口,如图6所示。如果是Y形切口的枝杈部分与上缘线[3]相交,则在上缘线[3]上产生倒三角形缺口,如图7所示。
参见图8,是本实用新型包裹密封玻璃纸的示意图。在密封玻璃纸上,相对于小烟包的宽度,也依序设置环绕玻璃纸一周的拉线[5]1至4条。拉线[5]与切口线[4]一一对应设置。在对拉线[5]施以外部剪切力时,密封玻璃纸首先断裂;再沿切口线[4]继续施以外部剪切力,包装外壳于切口线[4]处断裂,开封取烟十分方便。
本实用新型所述Y形切口,其线形可以是直线,也可以是曲线,或者是直线与曲线的复合,且Y形切口的枝杈之间的夹角最大值为180°,此时切口呈T形。
如上所述,可推知,根据包装方式不同,在条包装外壳和密封玻璃纸上,也可在相对于小香烟包的厚度或长度处,依序设置环绕一周的切口线[4]和拉线[5]。

1、一种设有Y形切口线的香烟条包装盒,为长方体结构,采用5×2的硬条包装方式,由外层的玻璃纸和内层的纸质包装外壳构成,玻璃纸上开有切印拉线,包装外壳上按小烟包的宽度依序设置1至4条环绕一周的切口线,其特征在于:所述的切口线由若干个Y形切口组成,Y形切口呈等间隔垂直排列,切口线的首尾与Y形切口的首尾相对应,切口线的起始点位于条包装正面上缘线与Y形切口的相交点。
2、根据权利要求1所述的设有Y形切口线的香烟条包装盒,其特征在于:Y形切口的主干部分或枝杈部分必须与条包装盒正面上缘线相交。
3、根据权利要求1所述的设有Y形切口线的香烟条包装盒,其特征在于:玻璃纸上的拉线与切口线一一对应设置。
4、根据权利要求1所述的设有Y形切口线的香烟条包装盒,其特征在于:Y形切口的线形可以是直线,也可以是曲线,或者是直线与曲线的复合。
5、根据权利要求1所述的设有Y形切口线的香烟条包装盒,其特征在于:Y形切口的枝杈之间的夹角最大值为180°,此时切口呈形。
