背景技术：
现有管道式紫外线灭菌装置主要包括紫外线灯管，紫外线灯管外套石英玻璃管，石英玻璃管置于筒体中，筒体上设有进水口和出水口，灯管、石英玻璃管和筒体的两端通过橡胶或塑料固定座固定。这种结构虽然简单，但其不足之处是结构整体化，当紫外线灯管损坏时必须整体更换，且没有设置安装装置，在***中难以装设。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有管道式紫外线灭菌装置的不足之处，提供一种结构合理、便于更换(安装)紫外线灯管且设有安装装置的管道式紫外线灭菌装置。
本实用新型，包括紫外线灯管、石英玻璃管和筒体，筒体上设有进水接口和出水接口，在其特征为：紫外线灯管为单头紫外线灯管，单头紫外线灯管外套单头石英玻璃管，筒体的上端设有上缩径套，下端设有下缩径套，缩颈套与筒体的两端为密封连接，缩颈套的内孔与石英玻璃管的外径为动配合，上缩径套的小端密封连接上端盖，下缩径套的小端密封连接下端盖，上端盖的端面上设有通孔，通孔与紫外线灯管为动配合，石英玻璃管的开口端密封固定在上缩径套或密封固定在上端盖中。
本实用新型，设置插装式固定座，固定座设有插筒，插筒与下端盖为动配合，固定座可固定安装于净水设备的底板上。
本实用新型，具有设计科学、结构合理、装配安装方便等特点，尤其是当紫外线灯管损坏时，只需更换紫外线灯管，其它结构不变，便于维护。

参照附图，一种配套应用于***的管道式紫外线灭菌装置，包括紫外线灯管5、石英玻璃管4和筒体6，在筒体上设有进水接口7和出水接口8，紫外线灯管为单头紫外线灯管，单头紫外线灯管外套单头石英玻璃管，筒体的上端设置上缩径套3，下端设置下缩径套9，缩颈套与筒体的两端为密封连接，缩径套的内孔与石英玻璃管的外径为动配合，上缩径套的小端密封连接上端盖1，下缩径套9的小端密封连接下端盖10，上端盖的端面上设有通孔，通孔与紫外线灯管5为动配合，石英玻璃管的开口端通过密封圈2和密封胶固定在上端盖1中。本例设置插装式固定座11，固定座设有插筒13，插筒与下端盖10为动配合，固定座可固定安装于净水设备的底板上。
本例筒体选用白色ABS材料生产加工，便于随时观察紫外线灯管是否正常工作。

1、一种紫外线灭菌装置，包括紫外线灯管(5)、石英玻璃管(4)和筒体(6)，在筒体上设有进水接口(7)和出水接口(8)，在其特征为：紫外线灯管为单头紫外线灯管，单头紫外线灯管外套单头石英玻璃管，筒体的上端设有上缩径套(3)，下端设有下缩径套(9)，缩径套与筒体的两端为密封连接，缩经套的内孔与石英玻璃管的外径为动配合，上缩径套的小端密封连接上端盖(1)，下缩径套(9)的小端密封连接下端盖(10)，上端盖的端面上设有通孔，通孔与紫外线灯管(5)为动配合，石英玻璃管的开口端密封固定在上缩径套或密封固定在上端盖中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的紫外线灭菌装置，其特征为：设置插装式固定座(11)，固定座设置插筒(13)，插筒与下端盖(10)为动配合，固定座可固定安装于净水设备的底板上。
