Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种包装箱结构，一种包装箱结构，其是在箱体底部固定有轮子。由于在包装箱的底部固定有轮子，因此在包装大型的物件后，无需专用的运输工具搬动，利用箱子底部的轮子即可将包装箱推动实现移动的功能，同时令搬运者轻松容易即可搬运大型的物件。

本实用新型是关于一种包装箱结构。
背景技术
货物的出厂及运输均需要进行外包装，以保护产品在运输过程中不会擦伤损坏，通常大型的产品在外包装后，其搬运过程中需要借助于叉车或是手拖车方可搬动，而在销售过程中，若卖场不送货时，在买到大件物品时，搬运便是一件令人头痛的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种包装箱结构，其在包装大件物品后，可以不需专用运输工具即可搬动整个包装箱。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：一种包装箱结构，其是在箱体底部固定有轮子。
所述包装箱为纸箱。
所述轮子是设置为两个，且由轮框固定于箱体底边上。
所述箱体的顶面上设有拉把。
所述箱体底部设有两层底板，轮框的一边固定在箱体侧面，另一边固定在箱体的内层底板上。
所述箱体的底板及侧面上设有容置轮子的开槽。
所述箱体的内层底板以插扣形式与箱体的侧面连接固定。
采用上述方案后，由于在包装箱的底部固定有轮子，因此在包装大型的物件后，无需专用的运输工具搬动，利用箱子底部的轮子即可将包装箱推动实现移动的功能，同时令搬运者轻松容易即可搬运大型的物件。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型的包装箱结构，主要是以纸箱为例，是包括箱体1、轮框2及轮子3。
箱体1的顶面上可以固定有拉把4；箱体1的底部设有两层底板11、12，该两层底板11、12的设置方式是增加箱体1底部的承重能力，其中内层底板11的一边与箱体的侧边13连接，相对边与箱体的侧边13以插扣形式连接固定；在箱体1的两层底板11、12及侧面13上设有容置轮框2的开槽；
轮框2为一“L”型架体，其两边分别固定于内层底板11及侧面13的内壁上；
轮子3是枢设于轮框2上，且轮子3边缘是略凸出于箱体1之外，以方便滚动。
配合图1所示，当包装箱箱体1包装大型物件时，无需专用的运输工具搬动，利用箱子底部的轮子3即可将包装箱箱体1推动，如配合箱体1顶部的拉把则更方便货物的移动，同时令搬运者轻松容易即可搬运大型的物件。

Claims (7)

1、一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：是在箱体底部固定有轮子。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：该包装箱为纸箱。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：轮子是设置为两个，且由轮框固定于箱体底边上。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：该箱体的顶面上设有拉把。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：该箱体底部设有两层底板，轮框的一边固定在箱体侧面，另一边固定在箱体的内层底板上。
6、如权利要求1、3或5所述的一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：在箱体的底板及侧面上设有容置轮框的开槽。
7、如权利要求5所述的一种包装箱结构，其特征在于：箱体的内层底板以插扣形式与箱体的侧面连接固定。
