Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种建筑立面平面组合模板,主要用于建筑物及桥梁墙面、立柱的现浇成型模板及混凝土构件的预制模板。包括框架(2)、纵筋(4)、所述的框架(2)、纵筋(4)和横筋(5)采均用扁钢或带钢,框架(2)、横筋(4)和纵筋(5)围成的每个小框架内的四个角都焊有角板(3),角板(3)上钻有螺钉孔,面板(6)采用玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料制成,面板(6)由沉头螺钉(1)固定在角板(3)上,框架上冲有安装孔。该模板不但强度高、不开裂、不吸水、耐磨损、不变形、易脱模、使混凝土表面平整、光洁、而且组合方便,面板可回收再利用,可反复使用百次以上,大大降低了投资成本,提高了混凝土浇灌的质量。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑立面平面组合模板。主要用于建筑物及桥梁墙面、立柱的现浇成型模板及混凝土构件的预制模板。
背景技术:
目前建筑行业墙面、立柱的现浇模板大多采用钢框木胶合板面板模板、钢框竹胶合板面板模板及其它组合模板。他们都有共同特征:采用常规的槽钢及角钢作钢框、纵筋和横筋。质量重,不易于操作;木胶合板面板或竹胶合板面板粘模、漏浆、表面不平整、且易吸水、吸潮,吸水、吸潮后易分层、混凝土表面质量差、使用次数少、不可回收。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种质量轻,易于操作,混凝土表面质量好、使用次数多、可回收的建筑立面平面组合模板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种建筑立面平面组合模板,包括框架、纵筋、横筋以及面板,纵筋纵向焊接在框架的上下边框之间,横筋横向焊接在框架的左右边框与纵筋之间,其特征在于:
所述的框架、纵筋和横筋采均用扁钢或带钢,框架、横筋和纵筋围成的每个小框架内的四个角都焊有角板,角板上钻有螺钉孔,
所述的面板采用玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料制成,面板由沉头螺钉固定在角板上,
所述的框架上冲有便于拼接和安装的组合孔。
与现有钢框组合模板相比,本实用新型具有以下特征:
1、它不但可以保证具有其他钢框组合模板原有厚度、强度、力学性能等方面的要求,而且重量轻、使用方便、使用过程中变形小、易脱模、不开裂、不吸水、混凝土表面质量好。
2、其面板基材是一种新型环保材料,它具有质量轻、强度高、防水、防潮、阻燃、可回收利用,每副模板的使用次数不少于50次。
3、框架上冲有组合安装孔,便于在施工中拼接和安装。

实施例1:
参见图1-3,本实用新型建筑立面平面组合模板,模板的框架2、纵筋4及横筋5均采用扁钢或带钢材料,框架2的上下边框之间纵向焊接有一条纵筋4,框架2的左右边框以及纵筋4之间各焊有两条横筋5,框架2和纵筋4、横筋5组成的每个小框架内的四个角都焊有角板3,角板3上钻有螺钉孔,便于把面板6通过沉头螺钉1固定在角板3上,框架上有便于拼接和安装的组合孔。
实施例2:
参见图4-6,本实用新型建筑立面平面组合模板,模板的框架2、纵筋4及横筋5均采用扁钢或带钢材料,为了保证大面积模板的强度,框架内可增加纵筋4和横筋5的数量,框架2和纵筋4、横筋5组成的每个小框架内的四个角都焊有角板3,纵筋和横筋组成的小框架内的四个角也焊有角板3,角板3上钻有螺钉孔,便于把面板6通过沉头螺钉1固定在角板3上,框架上有便于拼接和安装的组合孔。

1、一种建筑立面平面组合模板,包括框架(2)、纵筋(4)、横筋(5)以及面板(6),纵筋(4)纵向焊接在框架(2)的上下边框之间,横筋(5)横向焊接在框架(2)的左右边框与纵筋(4)之间,其特征在于:
所述的框架(2)、纵筋(4)和横筋(5)采均用扁钢或带钢,框架(2)、横筋(4)和纵筋(5)围成的每个小框架内的四个角都焊有角板(3),角板(3)上钻有螺钉孔,
所述的面板(6)采用玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料制成,面板(6)由沉头螺钉(1)固定在角板(3)上,
所述的框架(2)上冲有安装孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑立面平面组合模板,其特征在于:所述的框架(2)的上下边框之间纵向焊接有一条纵筋(4),框架(2)的左右边框与纵筋(4)之间各焊有两条横筋(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑立面平面组合模板,其特征在于:所述的框架(2)的上下边框之间纵向焊接有多条纵筋(4),框架(2)的左右边框与纵筋(4)之间各焊有多条横筋(5),纵筋(4)和横筋(5)组成的小框架内的四个角也焊有角板(3)。
