背景技术
目前,现有大型变压器大多采用三相五柱式铁芯,该种铁芯需采用大型专用设备才能满足生产要求,生产成本高;采用三相四框五柱式铁芯虽然生产设备要求低,但线圈直接套于三相柱上,框与框之间处理不当,易造成短路,使铁芯造成多点接地,产生环流烧坏铁芯;同时当变压器运行时,产生热量,使铁芯局部过热,损耗大,运行可靠性差。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是克服现有的技术所存在的不足,提供一种结构合理的三相四框五柱式铁芯,该三相四框五柱式铁芯结构合理,运行时安全可靠,损耗低。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种三相四框五柱式铁芯,它包括四框铁芯,框与框之间置有竖油道。
上述竖油道包括绝缘板、撑条、撑条凸台,上述撑条凸台置于撑条两端,上述撑条分布在绝缘板上,撑条间形成油道。
上述撑条均匀分布在绝缘板上。
上述绝缘板两端呈阶梯状,形状与铁芯两端相配。
本实用新型的三相四框五柱式铁芯与现有技术相比较具有的优点如下:
该三相四框五柱式铁芯,在框与框之间置有绝缘的竖油道,当变压器运行时,竖油道中流动的油可降低铁芯温度,同时可有效防止铁芯多点接地而烧坏铁芯,提高了变压器的运行可靠性,使用寿命长。绝缘板撑条上置有凸台,可使竖油道限位。
