本实用新型的目的是提供一种金属陶瓷复合砂轮模具,它具有耐磨,使用寿命长,脱模容易特点。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括模具基体、金属陶瓷层,其特征是在模具基体内壁连接金属陶瓷层,将自熔性合金粉末经高频感应电流快速加热熔涂,形成高耐磨高耐腐蚀的金属陶瓷保护层。
本实用新型具有耐磨,使用寿命长,脱模效果好等特点,操作使用方便,综合价格性能比远远高于传统的砂轮模具。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括模具基体(1)、金属陶瓷层(2),在砂轮模具基体(1)的内壁,采用高频感应电源快速感应熔涂技术制备一层金属陶瓷层(2),由于金属陶瓷硬度强,耐磨性能好,耐腐蚀,保护层与基体结合强度高,使用寿命长,表面光洁度好,脱模效果好,且系用高频电源感应熔涂技术对基体的热影响小,其综合价格性能比远远高于传统的由T10和45号钢经热处理生产的砂轮模具。
