为达到上述目的本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种背负椅，它包括：上支撑架、下支撑架，上支撑架与下支撑架以连接件连接，两支撑架下端构成腿，上支撑架上安装有座椅，座椅有吊兜、保险带、背带、及连接带，所述的上支撑架上接一扶手；在上支撑架、下支撑架的底部分别连接有转向轮。
本实用新型优点是：本背负椅使用方便，舒适，还可以作婴儿椅使用，推行移动方便，实用。

具体实施方式
图1中，1为上支撑架，2为下支撑架，两者以连接件8连接，9为活定位撑，两支撑架下端构成腿。为便于推动，两支撑架下端还连接转向轮15，同时，在上支撑架上接一扶手11，该扶手可采用一端与上支撑架铰接，而扶手的中部勾在上支撑架上，定位。该扶手可折叠。
在上支撑架上安装有座椅3，座椅有吊兜，吊兜上有短裤式腿孔4，和脚踏17，座椅还带有可调节保险带5，该保险带可以系在婴儿的腰部，座椅还有背带13，背带通过连接箍6调节，在两背带之间可以设有可调节的胸箍卡带16，在上支撑架下边为腰箍架，架上设腰箍18，腰箍有连接带7，支撑架上设有挂包固定箍19，用于挂挂包10，上支撑架上还装有遮阳、遮雨罩12。

3、根据权利要求1或2所述的背负椅，其特征在于：所述的吊兜上带有婴儿用的脚踏。
