本实用新型涉及一种医疗手术器械,尤其是涉及一种使用在人流手术中的可视***镜装置。其主要是解决现有技术所存在的***器与内窥镜是固定的,整个***清洗不方便,不利于消毒;并且窥镜***采用传像光束,像的清晰度差,透光率低,吸引***的规格单一,可操行性差等的技术问题。本实用新型由***器与内窥镜组成,***器包括鞘体,鞘体内设有鞘管,鞘管连通有接管,并且鞘管端部设有头衬;内窥镜包括手柄,手柄一端设有目镜与光插,目镜装设在接套内,光插内设有光传导装置,鞘体与手柄内设有棒镜,并且棒镜在头衬的一端设有物镜,手柄另一端设有鞘头,鞘体套在鞘头上并且与鞘头可活动连接。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗手术器械,尤其是涉及一种使用在人流手术中的对可视***镜装置等结构的改良。
背景技术
计划生育是我国的一项基本国策。人工流产是针对避孕失败等造成怀孕而采取的一项最行之有效的手术。人流手术的效果及是否彻底完全取决于操作医生的临床经验,每年有很多的人因人流手术不成功造成子宫穿孔,或***不彻底、出血而留下病患。虽然近年来也有子宫内窥镜的使用,在术前对胚胎位置及大小进行观察,但这种观察只能给手术提供参考,并不能对手术中的具体操作提供指导。中国专利公开了一种可窥式人流器(公开号:CN2091653U),其包括光源部分、引流管部分和窥镜部分、光源部分和窥镜部分原理结构与现有技术相同。光源可分为激光源或白光源,联接输入光缆。窥镜部分联接传像光缆。输入光缆和传像光缆都装入金属管管腔中。此金属管又固定在引流管内管壁上,用四通式接管将输入光缆、传像光缆和引流管分别密封引出。但这种结构的可窥式人流器的窥镜***与吸引***是固定的,整个***清洗不方便,不利于消毒;并且窥镜***采用传像光束,像的清晰度差,透光率低,吸引***的规格单一,可操行性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可视***镜装置,其主要是解决现有技术所存在的***器与内窥镜是固定的,整个***清洗不方便,不利于消毒;并且窥镜***采用传像光束,像的清晰度差,透光率低,吸引***的规格单一,可操行性差等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本实用新型的可视***镜装置,由***器与内窥镜组成,***器包括鞘体,鞘体内设有鞘管,鞘管连通有接管,并且鞘管端部设有头衬;内窥镜包括手柄,手柄一端设有目镜与光插,目镜装设在接套内,光插内设有光传导装置,其特征是所述的鞘体与手柄内设有棒镜,并且棒镜在头衬的一端设有物镜,手柄另一端设有鞘头,鞘体套在鞘头上并且与鞘头可活动连接。手柄另一端可设有镜管、物镜,镜管内设有棒镜,物镜通过镜管与手柄相连。物镜、棒镜以及目镜组成成像***。使用棒镜传像可以使得像的清晰度以及透光率较高,光损失较少。***器与内窥镜分离设置,可以使得清洗***彻底,方便消毒,并且可以根据不同的需要更换不同规格的吸引***。鞘体套在鞘头上并且与鞘头可活动连接,此连接可以是螺纹连接,或者其它可便于鞘体与鞘头装卸的连接方式。
作为优选,所述的鞘头表面设有自锁锥度,其与鞘体内壁上设有的锥度相配合。鞘头表面与鞘体内壁设有相配合的锥度,方便鞘头***鞘体内部。
作为优选,所述的鞘头上固设有锁钩,鞘体上设有与锁钩相配合的斜槽。斜槽的深度可逐渐加深,鞘体旋紧时,锁钩能钩在斜槽内。
作为优选,所述的光传导装置为导光束,其可以提高像的清晰度以及透光率。
作为优选,内窥镜的外管的截面为半圆形。其半径可为1mm~4mm。
作为优选,手柄的柄体上设有与手指形状相匹配的凹口,便于操作人员拿握。
因此,本实用新型具有***器与内窥镜是分开设立,清洗方便,利于消毒;并且窥镜***采用棒镜,像的清晰度以及透光率高,吸引***的规格多样,可操行性较好,结构合理等特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:本例的可视***镜装置,由***器与内窥镜组成,如图1,***器有一个鞘体1,鞘体内设有一根鞘管2,鞘管端部设有头衬4。鞘管2连通有接管3,接管外套有吸引套14。鞘体1活动连接有手柄11,手柄11的柄体上设有与手指形状相匹配的凹口11-1。手柄一端设有鞘头12,鞘头连接有锁钩13,鞘头12表面设有自锁锥度,其与鞘体1内壁上设有的锥度相配合。如图2,鞘体1上设有与锁钩13相配合的斜槽1-1,并且斜槽的深度逐渐加深。鞘头12表面设有锥度,其与鞘体1内壁上设有的锥度相配合。内窥镜包括有手柄11另一端设有的接套10,接套内设有目座15,目座上安装有目镜7。鞘管2、手柄11内部通有棒镜5,如图3,鞘管2内内窥镜的外管的截面为半圆形,其半径R为2mm,H为2.3mm,L为3.9mm,r为0.7mm。内窥镜在头衬4的一端连接有物镜6,另一端设在目镜7处。内窥镜另一端还设有光插8,光插内设有导光束9。
使用时,将手柄11端部的鞘头12***鞘体1内,将锁钩13***鞘体1表面的斜槽1-1内,然后旋紧。手握住手柄11,将鞘体内的鞘管2伸入胚胎附近,通过头衬4以及接管3将胚胎吸出,吸出物顺着接管3流出。当照明光线通过光传导装置9传入到被观察胚胎的位置时,手术人员可以通过物镜、棒镜以及目镜组成成像***观察胚胎的位置。这样使得所有操作在目视的情况下进行,安全可靠。目镜处也可快速接CCD摄像***。

Claims (10)

1.一种可视***镜装置,由***器与内窥镜组成,***器包括鞘体(1),鞘体内设有鞘管(2),鞘管连通有接管(3),并且鞘管端部设有头衬(4);内窥镜包括手柄(11),手柄一端设有目镜(7)与光插(8),目镜(7)装设在接套(10)内,光插内设有光传导装置(9),其特征是所述的鞘体(1)与手柄(11)内设有棒镜(5),并且棒镜在头衬的一端设有物镜(6),手柄另一端设有鞘头(12),鞘体(1)套在鞘头(12)上并且与鞘头(12)可活动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是所述的鞘头(12)表面设有自锁锥度,其与鞘体(1)内壁上设有的锥度相配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是所述的鞘头(12)上固设有锁钩(13),鞘体(1)上设有与锁钩相配合的斜槽(1-1)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是光传导装置(9)为导光束。
5.根据权利要求3所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是光传导装置(9)为导光束。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是鞘管(2)内内窥镜外管的截面为半圆形。
7.根据权利要求3所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是鞘管(2)内内窥镜外管的截面为半圆形。
8.根据权利要求4所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是鞘管(2)内内窥镜外管的截面为半圆形。
9.根据权利要求5所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是鞘管(2)内内窥镜外管的截面为半圆形。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可视***镜装置,其特征是手柄(11)的柄体上设有与手指形状相匹配的凹口(11-1)。
